As for decoration, i read once that under US Air Force rules, if actual warfare is declared, then they can break out the paint and put shark teeth on the planes, but otherwise they have to stick to basic insignia. Don't know about nude pinups, but if they're allowed, i'm guessing they'll have to be ...
