Eldon Warman was a key actor in the inception of the Canadian Freeman movement, he provided the theoretical background. In the same way that Wil-E Coyote provided the theoretical background for gravity. http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-aW8-eTiq4fI/U0Jsxpvbm-I/AAAAAAAABXU/3W2VAV33IKc/s1600/wile-coyote-5.jpg

Re: OPPT (One Person's Public Trial) - Tucci-Jarraf

A question for you lawyers. Why did the judge recommend rather than order? Because Shirley is a Magistrate-Judge, not a District Judge. The DJ must rule on any case-dispositive matter. FRCrP 59. Hence the referral to the M-J to "Report and Recommend". So now the issue goes to Chief Judge ...

Common 1972 Presidential Reelection graffiti: Why change Dicks in the middle of a good screw? Vote for Nixon in '72! Lick Dick in '72. Dick Nixon before he Dicks you. Re: OPPT (One Person's Public Trial) - Tucci-Jarraf

That's why I picked "between verdict and sentencing" for when she hits the road, Jack. I doubt that she'll get that opportunity. It seems quite likely to me that the Court will lock her up on a guilty verdict. She seems smart enough to realize that. So she either splits before the verdict...

Re: OPPT (One Person's Public Trial) - Tucci-Jarraf

The end of the transcript refers tpa recess till the afternoon. What happened next? The court went to lunch and came back to hear the next case, not every recess is in the middle of one case. Right. As the Judge said at the end of a long, long morning, "court stands in recess till the trial re...

Re: OPPT (One Person's Public Trial) - Tucci-Jarraf

Good questions. You're obviously getting good at this. A couple, though, don't have simple answers. What is the sequence now? The judge returns at a later date with his written reply and says he has jurisdiction then what? Yes, that's what will happen. Does Heather appeal at that point? I'm sure she...

Can he do that to a Pro Se defendant? Will he let her continue as a Pro Se defendant? That's the question. A judge can refuse (or revoke) pro se status to someone who can't/won't follow orders as to what the law permits her to argue to a jury. Its like we're all embarrassed by his gullibility and f...

Re: Frederick Johnson - Freeman Moorish Tax Evader

One possible explanation is that the Circuit was making the point that it does fairly evaluate the claims of pro se litigants, at the expense of its critic (who had been sitting as the trial judge). August Judges of a United States Court of Appeals? I can't believe that such a crass motive even cro...
