Re: Meet the Dragons

This is better entertainment than TV. Mr Moore was arrested today outside Buckingham Palace. It's a joy watching the FB videos. It is like a cult; his followers believe everything he says. They moved onto the police station, chanting outside: "FREE GRAHAM MORE, FREE GRAHAM MORE!" He will ...

Re: Meet the Dragons

So, assuming a judge EVER sees this tripe, wouldn't they just look at it and dismiss it out of hand as not being within their competence, or whatever the appropriate phrase would be? I think anyone can file anything but somewhere, someone will give it a glance over and the judge will have a quick r...

Re: Meet the Dragons

The Dragons may have scraped together the filing fees but if this gets rejected as wrong, too late and garbage, then I can see them being ordered to pay costs. And that is going to be five figures worth.

Her living expenses are being born by Bill from one of the Moonbeam Network™ websites. He is paying most of it, funded also by donations from the OPPT related begging channels. Heather is, by her own testimony, skint broke, having at the time of her detention hearing assets totaling, $48, "oth...

My non-lawyer version was more - Shit! I'm going have to give myself a month to calm down and write a reasoned reply to all the crap that's been filed by this pair of crazies.

Heather is not going to do well in prison, can you imagine how nuts she will be when they deprive her of cigarettes Heather in prison needs to be more worried about being traumatically deprived of her teeth. Back to reality, have I got this right? Recent hearing was a jurisdiction hearing, ruling w...

District Judge would indicate England. I guess he will have been convicted in his absence, these offences seem to only result in fines (I guess they could charge careless or dangerous driving for blatant infringements). So next stage I guess will be notification of the fine, then enforcement proced...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

Our Del has been caught out in some sort of tachograph infringement (for US readers, I'm not sure if you have them but here's a rough guide ) and decided in his pig-headed obstinacy to go head to head with authority. In his own words; Okay... briefly... the case is about infringements of driving ho...

I think in law they may already control the properties. There is no stopping them taking control, they already have it.

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to losing his houses

Further thoughts. The people who will get stuffed over all this will be the tenants of the houses that get sold. Tenancy protection laws take second place to property law in these situations. Any tenant who gets a letter to "the occupier" needs to be ready to find somewhere else to live at...

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to losing his houses

As I understand it the concept exists in E&W law, but only in the context of the second proceedings actually having started. For example you have some lawsuit in progress with party A, then when party B starts proceedings you enter your Lis Pendens plea or whatever as a matter within that secon...

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

I can't see that you could include such a clause in the purchase contract. However, as a residential property it is a criminal offence to "squat" in it. The new owner has the protect of this and burglary type laws, plus, as I have already pointed out, the law is very reluctant to prosecute...

No insurance is going to be a few hundred and 6 points. No MOT is usually £100. No licence should also be good for a few hundred. Can someone explain for this American what "MOT" is? MOT is the nickname that has stuck. It is an abbreviation of Ministry of Transport. The test is an annual ...

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

For those playing along in the colonies, it is normal to sell a property with "vacant possession" but that requirement only becomes applicable at the point the seller moves out and the new purchaser gets possession. There is a whole load of law and case law about being late, not emptying t...

To get his car back he'll need to present an insurance policy and a licensed and insured driver to take the vehicle, as well as pay the release fee and storage charges. And since there's no MOT it will need to be taken direct to a pre-booked test. Edit - he says the car's not registered with DVLA, ...

That being the case he will have to pay some CT but most of it will be covered by CT Benefit. At a rough guess £1000 would be about four or five yea...

A few points while trying to decipher all that trash. No seatbelt in the back of a Police van. How surprising! :sarcasmon: First, I think technically, legally, there aren't seats in the back of Police vans for transporting arrestees. Two, I am willing to demonstrate how little damage could be caused...

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to losing his houses

Depends on how bothered the OR is, but theoretically the income from the rentals isn't Krabby's . A tenant who still chose to give cash to Krabby after being informed of the situation would not be paying their rent, and they could be evicted. OR could then sell the house or put new tenants in, payi...
