Re: Anthony Williams - Private Attorney General

You are correct with Ga. That was the warrant to do with child assault or molestation or something, but the charges were dropped allegedly by his girlfriend so nothing happened.

Bumping this because William Wagner (RWNJ with Youtube channel) claims he has recently received a letter from Anthony Williams saying he is now in jail in Hawaii.

Either I or someone else suggested it as a possible way to have raised the necessary cash to buy the place outright and pay for the building work.

Well you're all wrong anyway! She never had a lawful mortgage anyway according to this nutter in the comments- Elisabeth Nolson As the mortgage was not created with any lawful consideration it is null and void . Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

For those that don't know the UK auction ropes, the so called traditional method of auction requires a 10% deposit immediately (this is applied to the sale price) and completion within a month, and typically there is no buyer's premium or VAT involved. It is not clear wether the £5000 'Reservation ...

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

Not for the first time I am wondering how much fantasy speculation the Quatloos mods are prepared to allow, regarding a named living human being, her employment situation and imagined health situation. Especially as there doesn't seem to be any actual news on the case at bar. You have a point and I...

Theft if you take or keep something that isn't yours, or gain from using the contents would be my guess.

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

I'll have to try and find it but someone wrote a spoof FMOTL "notice" years back either here, Casey Serin's blog, Rob Dawg's place or Doc's Conspiracy site. It ticked all the boxes not only of notice, unrebutted-ness, default contracts, penalty clauses and outrageous charges, but included ...

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

Plexus Law had a pre existing charging order against the property, who owns it now is irrelevant as that charge wasn't discharged on transfer of ownership to Tunkishila Limited, I imagine they simply went for a sale order. I didn't realise that and therefore it makes more sense in that the judgemen...

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

I do believe assets of defunct companies revert to the crown, I think I made reference to that pages ago... Having said that, I doubt the conveyance will be respected, and it would be voided, reverting to Wreka. I don't know what the process or etiquette of the situation involves, but I would hope ...

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

But, apparently, a court has ruled that the previous "sales" were a sham to avoid foreclosure. The courts are ignoring those sales, so she still has an interest. This is an interesting point because I don't think that is exactly what the court did. The court just ordered the sale. It neve...

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

Seems Rekha is back in court again today, by the sounds of it Plexus law have become tired of Rekha's disruption of the sale and are asking permission for the house to be sold at auction, I would assume that they will also going to ask that the £220k minimum price condition is also dropped. I think...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

Quite how someone could compound this to £5000 baffles me. Any UK tax experts got an opinion? One guess is that the lack of a declaration prompted a second or indeed a first look at previous declarations, and that appeared to HMRC to indicate unpaid tax from an earlier period. I cannot think of any...

My suspicion would be Henry appeared in the early hearings, didn't get paid and / or fell out with Rekha over opinion and the law, and Rekha has scrabbled around since until she found Ken the unfinished film maker, who was cheaper and shared Rekha's opinion on things.

Re: The Crawfords Keep Looking For A Unicorn

I've just had a look on TC's FB and the last post (from July this year) hints at court cases; Tom Crawfraud wrote; Hi all, Sorry I have not posted lately it is because of being involved in three court cases all running at the same time, so my focus has been on those cases!
