Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

I think you're right, the first thing they do is seize bank accounts, investments etc., put a restriction on the property. If they believe assets have attempted to be hidden or transferred to a spouses sole name they'll obtain either a Court Order to either reverse the transaction or join the spous...

That was my immediate thought too. Saint Dove of Oneness needs to make a comeback to guide the English to their future.

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

My theory is they remortgaged the parent's house. This being an easier way to raise capital than borrowing against the cottage, so the cottage doesn't actually have a mortgage on it.

Re: Random Freemanesque Babblings from idiots unable to sustain their own thread

"Single parent working and in receipt of benefits" .. I wonder why they're not attaching earnings and/or benefits? I'm not sure either. My guess would be there is more chance of getting a car/laptop/big tv and getting a big chunk paid which will include the bailiff's fees, than getting £3...

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

You missed out Police overtime and pensions.
Also, I can see the "not less than £225k" which I can't remember anyway, being appealed/varied when it doesn't sell for that much.

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

How much equity does HRH have left in "Cottage Psychotic" ? My guesses on the scenario: Mummy and Daddy remortgaged their house to raise the cost of purchase and repairs. IIRC she paid about £130k for it. Let's guess the parents came up with a nice round £150k to cover legal fees, repairs...

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to lose his house

..... I don't know if anyone here knows about the in and outs of bankruptcy in England, but I would assume that if he fails to cooperate then aside from whether that's an offence or not, presumable he'll just find all his bank accounts/cards etc locked down, and his earnings of benefits attached at...

Just putting this here as background info to save searching in the other thread. I'm adding: 12. Your wife has a dicky fit when they seize their bank account / credit cards and they have no means of paying for anything. 13. You have the screaming eebee geebees when you realise the Receiver's fees ha...

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

I shall be driving via Glossop next week. If it's not too far off the main road, I may stop and have a look out of curiosity. Isn't Chrisy Morris due his appeal in relation to this soon? I had a look for the house recently but couldn't spot it. I am wondering if it is part of a terrace perpendicula...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

Which makes it puzzling that the producer supposedly signed this agreement to portray them in a positive light. And maybe my journalistic ethics are outdated and/or not applicable to the UK, but this agreement, if it exists, is troubling on many levels. Or perhaps he knows it's just a worthless scr...

Re: Chrisy Morris - Parking Tickets and Bailiffs.

At one point, Princess Rekha had a mortgage-free house worth around £200k - £250k. Now she is about to be evicted again, and all that equity is going to vanish like snow in springtime. What a stupid, ridiculous waste of money. The obvious way the house was purchased is that they remortgaged the par...

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

Didn't she claim, as further proof that she was no longer the owner, that she was paying £50/week (£200/month) rent? I don't know what rents are like in her neck of the woods, but that seems to be a wholly insufficient amount of rent to pay for such a house. Wouldn't the rent be more like £1500-200...
