Re: Sovcit Glossary - translating the nonsense

There is no such oath sworn by local government officers, civil servants, judges, police officers or anyone else. Nor is belief in any particular God or any God at all a requirement for any such posts or positions. Certain professions and public positions - for example MPs, Privy Councillors and me...

well after he found my sheathed 30 inch Bola knife and took pictures of it, he realized I meant wot I said. Or he was hoping he'd get a good price for it or he'd come back while you are away busy explaining to the Police how you came to be an unemployed sugar cane cutter. And I agree that the Law S...

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to lose his house

We also had Henry VIII's beard tax. More than 2 weeks growth and the taxman would be on your case. Writing 'return to sender' or 'no consent no contract' would probably have resulted in your sudden death. Yep, in those days the appeal system probably involved a specialist in the city who would meas...

My understanding is that the UK will look at such rules and decide keep, lose or modify. After all they are already adopted into UK law which is how the system works.

Hasn't there been a recent case of a nurse whom owes thousands by ignoring a parking company? Not as straightforward as ignoring but yes someone is on the wrong end of a £150,000 bill. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/nhs-nurse-hospital-parking-tickets-university-hospital-of-wales-car...

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to lose his house

I'd like to know how a "forged summons" is being heard by a "non court" just to start, since they supposedly DON'T exist? And then why, if they don't exist and have no authority is our little Quail having people write letters of support, for him, to this non existent court? If t...

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

That seems improbable, I do not see Ms Patel as the Bandit Queen. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/asia/india/8791976/Who-was-Phoolan-Devi-Indias-original-Bandit-Queen.html Improbable yes, impossible no. Somewhere there might be a FMOTL who can use a firearm without shooting themselves in ...

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

It will stop once a new owner gets in there. I can't imagine they won't be aware of the circumstances surrounding the sale. What does concern me, and always has with FMOTLs, is that we get a Tony Martin or Albert Dryden situation.

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

What I was thinking of was her breaking back in and moving back in and having to be removed again, or just starting litigation against the new owners. Valid or not that sort of things costs people money which could make the property more expensive in the long run just to get quiet title. True but t...

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

Pretty much my take on it as well. Are UK real estate agents required to tell potential buyers about possible problems, i.e. such as a lunatic former owner? Yes. I actually think "no" but it will come out in the standard legal questions with a bit of "reading between the lines" ...

I've not checked but I think that is a new high price for that house type in that street. Sounds like someone has put a lot of effort into the work but they knew what they were doing and reaped the reward.

Wrecka is thanking her neighbour for making her "grow". Hmm let's see how she's grown...well she's a Sovereign Citizen, a fugitive who's lost £225k, a sofa surfer with a bail warrant pending a criminal hearing, a friend of Chrisy Morris, is potentially unemployable, a disrupter of courts ...

This is where the legal team would move into action with s423 defrauding creditors. The legal team had a unilateral notice on the asset. Now the judge can do something after hearing all arguments and the eviction took place. Eh? (he said turning Canadian) What legal team or whose legal team and wha...
