Re: Sovcit Glossary - translating the nonsense

Utter bovine scatology: The legal system wherein documents written in French on parchment with a goose quill by men who had no knowledge of the world beyond their own fiefdoms and later nullified by the Pope somehow trump acts passed during the Space Age. Or Latin? MC was written down by clerics in...

R.I.P. Eldon Gerald Warman

A giant in the Canadian OPCA sphere has passed, and, like the proverbial tree, nobody seems to have...

Re: Marcus the ex-lawyer reveals the ServantKing

I'd like to assume (that being a loaded word) that the substance seized was of sufficient potency to warrant a charge. But with so little information it's impossible to say. This quote; A jury in Barrie delivered a not guilty verdict Oct. 17th against Wilfred Emonts of Tottenham, who in July 2012 wa...

Re: Marcus the ex-lawyer reveals the ServantKing

My abysmal understanding of the law has already been subject to judicial review; Not a Jordan - that would be a decision by the judge, and the jury would not be involved. Not an invalid search warrant, because again that is a decision by the trial judge. All we know is that a jury did make the call,...

Re: Marcus the ex-lawyer reveals the ServantKing

A Freeman guru wins in court! In front of a jury! As far as I can tell from the scant reporting on it he was acquitted entirely legitimately. When we last left Marcus he was facing criminal charges and a trial for marijuana growing. He'd lost his falconry, the passion of his life, for unrelated reas...

Re: Glenn Bogue - Fearless Sovereign Lawyer

Despite being a belligerent opponent of Deism, I hope that is the outcome. It is an astounding contempt of the Canadian Charter to deliberately impose religious discrimination. It surely cannot stand without tearing all rational meaning from the Charter. Which is probably why the Canadian governmen...

Re: Glenn Bogue - Fearless Sovereign Lawyer

apols if pushing the 'no religion' rule too far, but sharp-eyed Mods will note that I am only criticising the secular PC idiocy of the Law Society of Upper Canada. As I did in posting it. This is a very important case, not just on religious freedom, but on how much regulatory bodies can impose thei...

Re: Glenn Bogue - Fearless Sovereign Lawyer

This is the Law Society Tribunal, a quasi-court that appears to be able to force Glenn to get his head shrunk, at least if he wants to continue practicing his own unique understanding of law. Certainly sounds like a Canadian version of the Star Chamber to me. Just more methods of stomping the poor ...

Re: Dean Clifford - Back in Action!

Scroll down Dean's Facebook page a bit and you'll find he's reverting to his old white supremist ways; 95.6% of rapes in Sweden, according to court records, are committed by....... you guessed it! Non Swedish Immigrants! Now, factor in what percentage of the population they currently make in Sweden ...

Re: Glenn Bogue - Fearless Sovereign Lawyer

A victory for Glenn! The Upper Canada Law Society didn't disbar him!! At least not yet. They have some concerns about his mental condition so they want him to go for a psychiatric examination. Specifically; [1] Murray Walter Chitra (for the panel):– The Law Society has brought a motion under s. 39(1...

Re: UK - Neelu Berry opens my eyes

I always thought that she was just another 1920's con artist but a biography I recently read made a convincing argument that she was entirely sincere. She just applied a lot of razzle-dazzle and showmanship to religion on the principle that you had to entertain as well as teach if you wanted to draw...

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

My theory is the education authority are taking the gamble that she will be convicted and will therefore receive a mandatory banning order till the conviction is spent. So even though they have more than enough cause to dismiss her they are simply tolerating her because if they sack her they risk b...

I'd suggest ending the controversy by giving the mascot as bland a name as possible. And what's blander than Canada and Canadian place names, Smithers, Surrey, Victoria, they're the written equivalent of rice pudding. So I vote to name it Dildo after Dildo Newfoundland. A seaside community if 1,200 ...

Re: UK - Neelu Berry opens my eyes

Evidence? You want evidence? Next you'll want proof! Let's put it this way, no other story, certainly not her own story, fits. A wild week or two then a drive to the Mexican desert to stage an escape fits perfectly, both in logistics and human nature. And please be more careful of your word choice. ...
