Re: $300,000 Income Tax Reward (Peymon Mottahedeh)
which I am not sure was posted before It was . As you say, another resounding win. Ah, missed it. I mean you would figure that an appeals court would easily have agreed with him here, if his positions were so sound, unless of course, Peymon's intellect is so great that his real plan is to confuse t...

Re: $300,000 Income Tax Reward (Peymon Mottahedeh)
To bring this thread back on track there is one issue that has not been solved in any thread related to Peymon: Cite one case, unredacted, where Peymon's theories have carried a case to victory, including appeals. I thought I would help, I found this, Peymon Mottahedeh V. CIR, No. 19-71432 (9th Cir...

Re: Gregg
Met Gregg (and Wes and his wife) and a few others, a while back with my Dad when Gregg offered tickets to see an Arlo Guthrie Concert in Radio City for Thanksgiving, something Gregg did annually. Would have loved to join him for a few more, the show was amazing and very special, to Hear Alice's Rest...

It now appears to be, primarily, a nature preserve. It sounds like a lovely place to visit, Great Seals or not. Perhaps the great seals are a protected species. I was thinking invasive species, as they are ridding the area of them. I know Seals can eat a lot, maybe not good for a nature preserve.

Re: Peymon Mottahedeh and Freedom Law School on Youtube
"Lifetime Guarantee When you lawfully and correctly stop filing 1040 Income Tax "confession" forms as directed by FLS ... And I understand this sentence is likely anathema to others reading on this forum, due to the claim that not filing 1040 is "lawful". That is the crux ...

Re: Peymon Mottahedeh and Freedom Law School on Youtube
When case law contradicts the constitution, bill of rights, and plain United States Civil Code as maintained by the US House of Representatives, and violates our God-given rights, might it not be more virtuous to not comply with case law, and defend our freedoms? All of you arguing against Peymon a...

Re: Charles Wells - The Remedy
Could you really Trademark "The Remedy". I am not an expert on Canadian Intellectual property laws, but I would think "The Remedy" used to describe a Remedy is not something you can Trademark as is a common term.

Re: Edward William Ellis, Common Law QC
A Custodial sentence may actually prolong his life. He will be away from all the medical quackery, piss drinkers, and medicine women, and might actually get some decent medical care while banged up.
Re: MEANINGS
And now Frank has opted for the "massive conspiracy" theory that every single CPA, tax attorney, criminal defense attorney, and others are all in on the "fix" to keep the "masses" in the dark. I guess your just miffed you didn't get your payment. My keep the masses in ...
Re: MEANINGS
I have it on good authority, that the word Idiot includes Frank. That means there are no other idiots but Frank, or do we all understand it to mean that Frank is included in the definition of Idiot that we all know, and this does not preclude others being an idiot too. He who hangs his hat on the di...

Reminds me of that song, Meanings: Meanings Nothing more than Meanings Trying to forget my Meaning of love Teardrops Rolling down on my face Trying to forget my Meanings of love Meanings For all my life I'll define it I wish I've never met you, Blacks You'll never define again Meanings Wo-o-o Meanin...

Fine. We all lost, abjectly, you won. So, having totally demolished us all with your brilliant analytical skills, go somewhere else where the opposition is worthy of your efforts. ^^^^^ This I would agree, having totally destroyed us, and having irrefutable proof that they are correct, Frankie shou...

Re: Famspear and notorial dissent
I will also add, the pace and creativity of the Sovereigns and tax deniers of today are nowhere near the cutting edge of crazy, imaginative theories yet to be tested as they once were. I don't think we have had a true creative newcomer in many years. Tastes change, people can also move on. While I d...

Clearly Error 500 Fraud is going on, and not non-payment.
Re: MEANINGS
I had already pointed out to Frank that case law disagrees with his interpretation of includes, and that trumps some guy on the internet with 4th grade grammar. I also pointed out that regulations go through a process, and any loophole that large would have been plugged early in the process, and tha...
Re: MEANINGS
At the end of the day I was right about includes being what he hangs his hat on, and his lack of understanding, or even willingness to see the fallacy of his point make this argument pointless. I therefore have no choice but to agree with eric, that pigs can fly. as aptly demonstrated by his avatar....
