Re: One from Down Under - William Murphy

William Murphy's last FoTL-type action was an unsuccessful application challenging jurisdiction shortly before trial, which was dismissed in short terms by the judge (unpublished). Murphy was sentenced to preventive detention today, with a minimum non-parole period of six years. The preventive deten...

Re: Land Council Trust mad AND bad?

I had a beer at a pub called the Owen Glendower in Shrewsbury. Almost Wales. I sometimes used to drink in the Owain Glyndwr pub in Cardiff. Definitely Wales. :D I was close. I spent a night pubbing in Cardiff in 2013 and had one down the block at the Goat Major. But then I headed off in a different...

Mark Donald Eric Keen, 'Commonly known as Mark of the Family Keen' or 'Mark Otho Keen'. He's posted Court transcripts of the defended hearing. Unfortunately posted as video of them being read by text-to-voice software, so it takes as long as the hearing. He did actually have a 'win' of sorts: Defend...

Re: Land Council Trust mad AND bad?

I assume Gas meters claw back the unpaid amount in the same way. They do. If you owe money the prepayment meter will give you 30p worth of gas per £1 put on the key / card with the other 70p going towards paying off the debt. Sort of (in the UK). The supplier programs a weekly amount to be paid off...

Re: Magna Carta Barons on Trial

Well, that was an interesting watch, and certainly as entertaining as any courtroom drama or documentary that you'd see on TV of an evening. It is a little slow to start, but the turns by Clive Anderson (King John), Lord Lisvane (Archbishop Langton) and Prof David Carpenter (Baron Robert FitzWalter)...

Re: Magna Carta Barons on Trial

The UK Supreme Court has posted a 90 minute video of the mock trial on their YouTube channel today: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8MU7tK6HM3Q Probably a much better use of time than the incoherent rants from the usual SovCit/FMoTL suspects, or much of whatever is on TV. I'm going to open a nice bo...

Ah, the glory days of banking before the global financial crisis. Bank of Scotland set up a 'private bank' for their bigger customers. http://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/bills/article-1573504/Private-banking-sheds-old-image.html See the end of page 3 and page 4 of this thread for her previous outbur...

Re: Land Council Trust mad AND bad?

Very definitely theft of service. Also liable to end up with gas safety prosecution when discovered. No registered gas fitter or electrician would touch a request like that with a bargepole. The meter on the end of the service point is usually owned by the utility or line company. Privately owned me...

Anyway back to the thread. I could share a drink with "Wes" and "Burnaby49". I would interest them I think... I would be interesting them in me. No grammar police please. I may start using my own words and create new meanings from them. Like.... a donkey would be an orange and a...

From FB: Hey, Peter, looks like there was a troll at Nottingham meeting. He making fun of the runes Calling Peter of England a crook is one thing. Aww, you beat me to him. (note to self - post faster) Judge Kevin Glubb said at sentencing in Auckland District Court today that Marsich refused to participate in the trial, and the jury found the allegations made against him were established. Marsich told the judge he had repeatedly requested to ha...

Quebec is an interesting case I didn't think about, though the few examples mentioned in the Canadian topic seem to follow the standard form. So do the Jersey and Man ones. Any Hawaiian variations would be interesting.

Re: Land Council Trust mad AND bad?

There's been quite a few such communities in this country, some coexisting quite happily with the outside world for decades. In fact Forsyth mentions Wales in their comment, and I'm aware of an eco community there at present, who bought their land, got proper planning permission, liaised with appro...

Re: New Zealand - Maori Sovereignty - General Info

Most of the people advancing the FMOTL arguments in NZ also tend to advance Maori Sovereignty arguments... What I find a bit interesting is that this sort of thing doesn’t seem to occur in either Australia, Canada or the U.S. even though, as you say, it seems to be quite a feature of NZ FMOTL argum...

No prob. I suspect most of what is on there, except for posts specifically about WeRe or his old court cases, is also unattributed cut'n'paste from conspiracy/woo sites.
