Re: Sovrun Paraleguls

In my view, filling threads with off-topic material damages the utility of the forum. Readers who are interested in the topic need to wade past irrelevant stuff. Writers are discouraged from posting useful information when this will get buried in irrelevant stuff. The problem is peculiar to the UK f...

What relevance is this pub-talk to Sovrun Paralegals? None at all.

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

I've only listened to the beginning. David makes his position clear in his recent videoed interview at 6 mins: No loss, no harm, no injury. Although we have the lawful duty to create loss to those that do not stand under Article 61, especially those that are pretending to be in public service today....

From the same FB thread : Even though I was pronounced unfit for work 25 years ago (as I have muscular dystrophy) and, that I recently got a proper medical assessment done by my GP who wrote me a letter stating that I am unfit for work, I am still being denied DLA (PIP) or disability entitlements. I...

Re: Chrisy Morris - Parking Tickets and Bailiffs.

After ploughing through the Chrisy/Toby handbags-at-dawn, it seems the argument is: Toby viewed the programme a couple of days before it aired. He claims the programme-makers had misrepresented what the programme would be about, and he wanted his segment, of about 4 minutes, pulled. That's what his ...

Re: Chrisy Morris - Parking Tickets and Bailiffs.

For me, the standout line was from Chrisy: I'm a conflict junkie. That summed up the entire show, of a thuggish bloke indulging in conflict, with his only goal to delay evictions for a few days. The programme answered a point that I had wondered about: why did the police and CPS bother to prosecute ...

How very strange that all of those 'notices' had no effect whatsoever... It's almost as if they don't have any legal effect at all Ah, well, you see, he probably sent them by Royal Mail. But sending notices by Royal Mail is illegal. I know this because David Giaramita says so: If your fiction is se...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

Are they just influential citizens? Yes. A baron might be in the house of lords, which gives them power. A minister must be a member of either the commons or lords (with very rare exceptions), so if a prime minister wants someone who isn't an MP to become a minister, the first step is to make them ...

edit...I removed the original post, so I edited it out where you quoted it. You're right, we don't do that here...Gregg Unsubstantiated rumours have no place on Quatloos. Someone says, "I have been told that..." means nothing at all. Chrisy Morris is a Marmite character -- some people lov...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

Ok, even i'm a little perplexed by this response from a Baron. Dear Mr White, I am sorry to be unable to help you. I support Brexit. It seems clear enough. The 2001 Barons objected to the Treaty of Nice and the associated reduction of national sovereignty. The current-day PLDers claim (with no evid...

Re: Chrisy Morris - Parking Tickets and Bailiffs.

Give them a brief segment to state their claims, a response from responsible people, and ignore them thereafter. Hopefully, that's what they're doing. The usual format of "reality" shows is non-judgemental, at least not overtly. Characters are shown doing whatever they do, with a dry comm...

Most people know that city parks are big places with loads of people, and arranging to meet strangers at some vague time anywhere within a given park won't work. Green Park is "19 hectares (47 acres)". So our intrepid rebels couldn't find each other : ... I got to green park about 130pm an...

It's at Green Park, and Daniel Daykin is taking a gazebo so he'll be easy to spot -- the guy carrying the gazebo (as the park people probably won't let him erect it). Morgan Rum can't go, 'cos his Mum's away and Morgan has to look after his brother. Someone said the mainstream media won't report it....

Re: Chrisy Morris - Parking Tickets and Bailiffs.

We and Channel 4 have investigated this matter thoroughly and are confident Chrisy Morris isn’t and has never been a member of the BNP. I don't recall any evidence that Chrisy was actually a member of BNP. He was a BNP candidate, and they paid his expenses, and he supported their campaign, but that...
