Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to losing his houses

So many people are scared of the bailiffs, but if you deal with them the A61 way you can have so much fun.

Because it worked so well with Southampton Council, Medway magistrates and the official receiver :snicker:

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

An eighteen month sentence for six plants even with previous convictions is unlikely unless of course those convictions were for... Just for the sake of argument... Possession with intent to supply of a quarter of a kilo of hash and a quarter of a kilo of speed. Oh.... What a coincidence... http://w...

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

I wonder. The thackstones whose absence started this ball rolling so long ago. Will the purchaser of the property be expected to replace them? And I seem to recall that photographs of the property show that the current roof level is below that of the original roof. Will the purchaser have to restor...

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

Not for the first time I am wondering how much fantasy speculation the Quatloos mods are prepared to allow, regarding a named living human being, her employment situation and imagined health situation. Especially as there doesn't seem to be any actual news on the case at bar. Given her public attit...

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

If she's off sick with mental health issues (I have no idea if that's the case, but it seems likely) then taking disciplinary action would be a bit of a minefield. The employer risks being accused of exacerbating the condition, and the employee can stall the process effectively by being too ill to ...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

An 'ACT' over rides COMMON LAW, that if fucking laughable. Unfortunately for the rebels that's true and that fact alone makes every single theory they have about the law wronger than wrong. I wonder who the other group was... A different flavour of footler or just some random campaign group who are...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

As far as I know, and according to my brother who is an ex-postie a householder can open any post correctly addressed to the property no matter whose name is on the envelope without breaking the law. Mis-delivered post should either be correctly delivered (if it's next door for instance) or put back...

Re: Sovrun Paraleguls

The publishers of children's books wouldn't lie to the kiddies. God forbid... That would imply there's not really an English speaking, marmalade sandwich loving, Peruvian bear in duffle coat living in West London... Clearly an untenable position  ETA: Speaking of which it appears said bear h...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

I hope this 'We don't understand your drivel. See you in court' response marks another step on the route to creditors getting wise and just telling them to fuck off... my father in law got this response to his 1st notice, is it just a case of now follow up with the second notice?? No automatic alt t...

Re: Sovrun Paraleguls

Off the top of my head I can only think of two films in the three hour range that justified their length... Schindler's List and Das Boot Godfather II. Judgment at Nuremberg. Dr. Zhivago. Malcolm X. The Deer Hunter. Ran. Seven Samurai. Not seen, not seen, not seen, didn't rate it, very good but too...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

Another genius joins the fold... Alan Howes Can someone tell me the consequences that may fall my way should I legally 'abandon my National Insurance Number' Leaving aside the minor detail that you can't actually 'abandon' your NINO I suppose the answer would be 'No legitimate employment, no state b...

No flags in Canadian courts either. It's an American thing. But they do all have red coated, jodhpur wearing and properly be-hatted Mounties standing guard don't they? I hate to destroy your child-like innocence in our rumoured resplendent court garb but sheriffs on duty in British Columbia...

How the fuck do people watch three hours of that shit? Off the top of my head I can only think of two films in the three hour range that justified their length... Schindler's List and Das Boot, and this clown is neither Stephen Spielberg nor Wolfgang Peterson.

A guy I used to work with on the building sites once said the three most powerful forces in life were god, the tax-man and his wife in that order... And he didn't believe in god. Fucking the tax man about is one of the most idiotic things it's possible to do made even more idiotic by the fact they a...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

Thanks. So they're implying they are signing on behalf of the barons. The dishonesty, even in following their own rules, never ends with this lot. Not signing on behalf of the barons but 'signing' to say they've witnessed the signing of the oath by the rebel. The stupidity of having the person effe...

Following on from the council of the 25 barons being redifined as 'the people' now we have the witnesses to your signing the oath not actually having to witness anything... Would we as a lawfull group ,have gone and bust him out? Or just stand there with banners? Neither. IIRC a few posts on your group's Facebook page was about as much as they could muster. Facebook is a very useful tool when you have friends stretched the length and breadth of the country or even abr...
