Re: Peter of England and WeaRe not a Bank

Ravensburg is where they had that court case and lost. I am guessing that the process is something dreamed up by Peter for the suckers to try to use Re's

Guessing Klaus tried the new process and it failed

Nice to see Cleveland Rhoden getting in on the act too. Of course he didn't get where he is today without help from Inky Taylor and Tom. http://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/strangers-turn-force-save-beaumont-leys-man/story-23349178-detail/story.html http://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/bailiffs-turn-pol...

Re: Chrisy Morris - Parking Tickets and Bailiffs.

He will have to think of something better than Mr Morris argued that the writ was not correct, it was not drafted properly-“That document is not what it should be therefore it should be considered a fraudulent instrument” The standard template writ issued by HMC&TS was not drafted properly :bri...

The Police Officer that arrested Chrisy, is he the same one that attended Tom's eviction and his hearing ?

Nevermind they just look similar

Having read Jason's posts today, I hope Chrisy does contact him. Tom and Mr Ebert would be nothing compared to Chrisy and Jason

I had a thought about this earlier today - his next BNP meeting should be interesting: one person turns up to support him, a woman called Patel.

Re: Chrisy Morris - Parking Tickets and Bailiffs.

The writ is made out to Alan J. Smith (looking at their web site he works for HCE Group) he's presumably the Authorised Officer otherwise the High Court wouldn't have issued the writ to him. http://image.prntscr.com/image/989852bb57d542748ba77e80190567d6.png http://www.hcegroup.co.uk/profile/alan-j...

Looking at the videos, it would appear to be an Enforcement Agent from the High Court Enforcement Group http://www.hcegroup.co.uk/ http://image.prntscr.com/image/1b91dfa4f19c40d6ac7b27cad9a01081.png http://image.prntscr.com/image/4aa53933715647f581c42dfd9f6991d7.png

Re: Chrisy Morris - Parking Tickets and Bailiffs.

I think Chrisy is learning the hard way that he is no where near as popular or liked as much as he thought. When he ran as a BNP candidate and came last, he made a few posts about being let down by people that said they would vote for him but obviously didn't. Tom Crawford killed off people travelli...

Re: Chrisy Morris - Parking Tickets and Bailiffs.

I still do not understand how having a load of supporters turn up at court assists the defendant. Do these people believe the outcome would have been different if fifty people had turned up? You forget.... Remember Tom's hearing and the large crowd that turned up... It was due to the crowd that he ...

If I read the news article correctly, he was arraigned in Jan when the judge slapped his nonsense down, and the trial is supposed to be in May???? So what was yesterday all about? Are you referring to the date 1/3/17 ? In the UK unlike the states we write the day, month, year rather than month,date,...
