Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

I think our home grown traffic court hero must have been influenced to an extent by an American David Hall. Here he is in action against a very patient judge Hurley facing a variety of charges, driving whilst drunk, with made-up licence tags, driving on a suspended licence, all committed whilst on b...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

Derek Robinson (no relation to the fearless PLD leader, so far as I know as I think he's in Scotland) has been to a non-court . Well technically he hasn't, his ' propria persona ' did as settlor and various other entities which looked a lot like him BUT WERE NOT HIM . Oh no matey, not him. He's trul...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

Why are their enemies always described as “treasonous paedos”? Is there any actual evidence of this or simply a baseless poisonous slur?

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to losing his houses

I did a quick ‘back of the fag packet’ calculation for these properties based on; their most recent sale price (assuming that value relates to Crabby buying them) That most but not all of the properties were bought in 2008 And Their likely current market value now. I reckon there is at the very leas...

The cri de cœur above is right about one thing at least, the property really is back on the market with the fearless Rightmove.

Yours for £225,000.

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to losing his houses

Firstly, an apology for doubting that Crabby has ten properties. He does indeed own ten others (besides the matrimonial home) which are all in Southampton except for a flat in Manchester city centre. How do I know this? Well another thing Sovs aren't too good at is data security. If you follow this ...

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to losing his houses

There a a number of criminal offences a bankrupt might commit so see, for example section 354 of the 1986 Insolvency Act which involves concealing assets from the Trustee. There are other related matters if you follow the link, some of which may already be applicable to Bob the Knob.

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

It’s likely that the police executed a bail warrant, a sometimes pointless exercise to get a defendant back on track with their hearings. Rekha will have gone the whole wet ink no warrant bollocks route but I imagine plod will have just said; “turn up on this day or face further arrest. Tarrarh!” So...

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to losing his houses

I think Crabby is winding his audience up about a property portfolio. There isn’t a mention of any property in the Trustee’s recent letters other than the home address. He’s in his late fifties so it’s most likely that any mortgage will be either paid off or relatively small to the available equity....

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

Right, I "premise" not to get drawn into a discussion regarding spelling or the use of variants of this word. On the Scottish version of PLD Brian has had a disappointing response from his local (Motherwell & Wishaw) MP Marion Fellows; Brian I regret that it has taken me so long to rsp...

Such a sweet talker is old Bob. Try saying the above with a sinister B movie German accent and you eventually arrive here.

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to lose his house

Er...isn't a landlord with ten rental properties exactly the type of individual who the PLDers find distasteful? And there’s Dismal Dave without two pennies to scratch his arse, forced to beg for alms when Crabby is willing to probably double a £41k debt and can boast that even then it won’t affect...

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to lose his house

Over on PLD Crabby posts the latest letter from his Trustee in Bankruptcy. He claims that the tenants at ten properties he owns have been contacted by the Trustee, his bank account has finally stopped working and things are heading for confrontation. The Trustee has written to Crabbie that his asset...

Re: Meet the Dragons

Welcome Marty. Whilst the ethos of Quatloos is to expose scam artists and con merchants I do sometimes find less sympathy for the wilfully blind who financially support the likes of Moore. As you say, just a little time on Google reveals the cyclical nature of these thinly-veiled BNP types who’ll fl...

I didn't realise until today that there is a McPLD branch north of Hadrian's Wall. To dip into bits of the Magnum Carter, defunct or otherwise is a bit ....ummm ....'constitutionally threadbare' for Scots men and women but I guess the anti-establishment slant of the whole project has its attractions...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

I think before things get entrenched I'd like to point out that we only have the word of the OP, Mark Abbott, not someone with a terribly good record when it comes to telling the truth. I suspect there is a kernel of a story here but that it has been 'breathed on' for the consumption of the rest of ...
