I thought I recognised that name, he's is an ex councillor who was threatened with jail for not paying council tax: http://www.huntspost.co.uk/news/ex-councillor-s-jail-sentence-for-refusing-to-pay-council-tax-1-1693723 He even suggested he would stand as a candidate in the Police and Crime Commissi...

Re: Random Freemanesque Babblings from idiots unable to sustain their own thread

Something needs to be done. Imagine the winess detail in a serious drug or violent crime prosecution being made available to all? Threats of contempt of court need to be well grounded and the outcomes of contempt well publicised. The trouble is that the Sov Cit will ignore this as (s)he maintains t...

Of course there is another straight lift from the US as the Fortune 500 Companies are nothing to do with the UK but are the 500 largest US Corporations by revenue according to Fortune magazine.

Yes, the concept of a Citizens arrest very much exists in the UK but you've got to be very sure of what you are doing. Citizen’s arrest What is a citizen’s arrest? A citizen’s arrest is an arrest by an individual who is not a police officer or other sworn law enforcement official. The law regarding ...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

The only problem that I see with this otherwise excellent proposal is the fact that as long as the sovrun/FOTLer remains inside the borders of the country, they are still in effect benefiting from the protection of the country's military despite not contributing to its funding. In order to truly be...

It's in the letter about half way down page 18 of this thread, it refers to his various properties and their occupiers.

Mark Quaile Loses His Farm - Goes Full Freeman

Interesting - seems that there have been legitimate times for Mark Quaile too - https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/09295135/officers Mind you he really does seem to have an axe to grind these days, a general hatred for large business seems to come thorugh very strongly. It seems that there i...

I do believe it a breach:
You will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, on Facebook.

I had about 8 to 10 weeks of signing on purely to keep my stamp up - it was a depressing place to visit but the staff I dealt with were quite pleasant.

It won't invalidate the third party liability part of the policy but only that part that provides recompense to the policyholder. However the insurance company can, if they believe it productive, seek to reclaim, from the policyholder, the amount paid out. The driver would never the less be guilty ...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

The question no one seems to be asking is 'are you still driving?' Given that his job involves driving, I'm assuming that he is. He also can't plead ignorance of the disqualification seeing as he's posted the evidence for all to read. Harking back to Mark Abbott, in earlier exhibits he showed his r...

Never got on that well with .303 rifle at school but loved .22. 22 was always indoor, got to use a match rifle once and it was a joy if a little awkward to handle as I'm left handed and the bolt used to dig into my cheek. Same with the 303 but the kick was a bit much for a young lad that was a bit o...

You've really not read this thread have you - no, it isn't her parents nor the subsequent alleged 'owner', the courts have, it appears, annulled those transactions.

All 3 aircraft used Rolls Royce engines which were built in Derby. If you worked there you could conceivably live in Nottingham. Sloppy reporting.

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

As for £811 'costs' that will be the fine, victim costs and court costs. Failing to name the driver now sees a fine of around £600 (!) as it is quite often used to hide from more serious offences. Victim surcharge is £85 so court costs will be around £125. Had he entered a plea of not guilty then th...

However failing to name the driver attracts 6 points so I wonder if that is in the reckoning as well.
