Re: Random Freemanesque Babblings from idiots unable to sustain their own thread

I had about 8 to 10 weeks of signing on purely to keep my stamp up - it was a depressing place to visit but the staff I dealt with were quite pleasant.

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

It won't invalidate the third party liability part of the policy but only that part that provides recompense to the policyholder. However the insurance company can, if they believe it productive, seek to reclaim, from the policyholder, the amount paid out. The driver would never the less be guilty ...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

The question no one seems to be asking is 'are you still driving?' Given that his job involves driving, I'm assuming that he is. He also can't plead ignorance of the disqualification seeing as he's posted the evidence for all to read. Harking back to Mark Abbott, in earlier exhibits he showed his r...

Never got on that well with .303 rifle at school but loved .22. 22 was always indoor, got to use a match rifle once and it was a joy if a little awkward to handle as I'm left handed and the bolt used to dig into my cheek. Same with the 303 but the kick was a bit much for a young lad that was a bit o...

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

You've really not read this thread have you - no, it isn't her parents nor the subsequent alleged 'owner', the courts have, it appears, annulled those transactions.

All 3 aircraft used Rolls Royce engines which were built in Derby. If you worked there you could conceivably live in Nottingham. Sloppy reporting.

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

As for £811 'costs' that will be the fine, victim costs and court costs. Failing to name the driver now sees a fine of around £600 (!) as it is quite often used to hide from more serious offences. Victim surcharge is £85 so court costs will be around £125. Had he entered a plea of not guilty then th...

However failing to name the driver attracts 6 points so I wonder if that is in the reckoning as well.

My father fought in WWII (8th Army, from El Alamein to Northern Italy) and my mother suffered the terror of V-weapons. Just so this total bunch of !*?%%**s (words fail me) have the right to their freedom of expression. There is nothing in that right that allows its abuse in this offensive way. My f...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

As an IM looking after HNW individuals in a former life it is interesting to read this, and I agree entirely that the IM can only act on the personal profile and Investment Objectives given to them. When it then goes wrong it is amazing how much more information appears, quite often it will merely b...

From the Aegeas site: You’re a good driver and you deserve to have an insurance policy that recognises that fact. Our competitively priced private car insurance is aimed at lower risk motorists who have good driving records and take care on the roads. Covering a wide range of vehicles, we reward car...

According to the members list there are 687 registered users. Active users are likely to be a lot, lot less as users come and go so the chance of being the only one on the forum must be fairly good given that the forum is primarily US based.

An awful lot of bailiffs run ANPR in their vans as well so they don't need to continually watch for vehicles of interest, just react to an ANPR alarm.

If you don't mind I'm picky about the company I keep. I particularly value solvent boozing companions who are able and willing to cover their rounds. I assume that if I showed up with actual cash on hand I'd be overwhelmed with pleas, turning to demands, that I finance the entire refreshment portio...

Had they checked the Sort Code correctly they'd find it comes up with the Institution as "Government Banking" and the Branch as "HMRC Direct Taxes". Barclays only involvement is acting as clearing agent for international payments i.e. payments from those living/working abroad who...
