Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

I can't see that you could include such a clause in the purchase contract. However, as a residential property it is a criminal offence to "squat" in it. The new owner has the protect of this and burglary type laws, plus, as I have already pointed out, the law is very reluctant to prosecut...

So Liz was bankrupted two weeks ago, has she not been spouting her usual verbose nonsense all over the Internet in response, I've not seen anything posted?

Any ideas what this lady is on about .. Karen Martin From a brief sampling of her output, she appears to have serious mental health issues. It speaks volumes that the PLD crew don't seem to be able to see this, and are reinforcing her delusions with their supportive responses. I think mental health...

Re: (UK) Elizabeth Watson

Interesting. Commercial loan? Did she have a business of some sort in the past? From recollection she borrowed the money (£400k with her home as surity) to invest in a business and got fleeced by a scam, then blamed the NatWest for lending her the money for a bad investment. Oh that was her. I didn...

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to losing his houses

Can they seize the monthly rental income, after all they've seized his bank accounts, rather than seek possession and sale? Was that why the trustee was writing to the tenants? Obviously, without the rental income they may not be able to pay the mortgages, then the mortgage companies may foreclose ...

But if that plan should fail, what's the worst case for him? Could be up to seven years in prison if his plan involves a bankruptcy offence. Can they seize the monthly rental income, after all they've seized his bank accounts, rather than seek possession and sale? Was that why the trustee was writi...

Mark sounds like a first class a******e. Putting his parents through that, and they still paid, says to me he should respect them for the fact they've just saved him from jail. I hope they make him pay back the money, with interest. What really annoys me, though, is that the DCA knew that the paren...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Prmb4ZdkxTY Some madness from dear Neelu about someone called Melanie Shaw. You have to figure that if Neelu is on her case she is in more trouble than she knew. https://youtu.be/yNJ0PPXPH9U From UK column. This begins to ring a bell now. As I recall, a pretty damage...

Have you any evidence or case law to support your contention that horse is, in fact, innocent. Unsupported allegations are contrary to the spirit of Qautloosian enquiry. I have to agree but feel I have to point out I have never met a horse stupid enough to be a SovCit. As the owner of one (horse), ...

If it's a POCA Order, his property will already have a restriction- that's put in place as an Ex Parte order as soon as you're arrested and only removed if they drop the charges or you pay off the eventual POCA Order. As he's failed to co-operate I suspect once he's arrested the next thing will be a...

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to lose his house

This was for a Liability Order for non payment of Council Tax. I hope he realises that all he needs to do is send off the OR documents and the council will back off. The bailiffs cant take anything because right now all his goods belong to the OR. He will probably claim victory when the council/bai...

I'm still working on why they thought the court, any court would be interested in or deterred by the ravings of obvious mental defectives. The "someday there will be enough of us to take these crooks out once and for all!!" is just precious, almost like he realizes on some deep level that...
