Re: Practical Lawful Dissent FMOTL antics, continued...

Numpty Ant is baffled as to why the magna carta hasn't got him off his PCN. It's a private parking charge, which are generally easily seen off unlike council ones. Until 2012 the advice was to ignore them. The The Protection Of Freedoms Act came in (POFA), this banned clamping on private land, but ...

Just out of curiosity, who are these alleged trustees who can't seem to do a simple thing like get a mortgage deed properly witnessed? Methinks, that if he wants to sue someone, it should mayhaps be the trustees. They're his parents aren't they? They signed the mortgage deed but he's claiming becau...

I counted 36 identical requests so far, including from the usual time wasting idiots, all are being knocked back as being Vexatious.

I was thinking the same thing. Although my mother would occasionally add sliced smoked sausage.

My mother had a penchant for tripe and onions boiled in milk, I don't know about flavour but it certainly stank to high heavens.

David Robinson, for his nonsense Article 61 Notices. 5) Most tedious you-tube video. Danny Wilkinson(?) (see below) as to why his mortgage was fraudulent. YAWN 6) Mo...

Mark & Caroline, their names rang a bell and here they are on SteveUK's first post regarding PLD, that's back in March 17. So it's taken 9 months for it all to catch up with them !! The wheels of Justice grind ever so slowly, but they do, inevitably grind on ! http://www.quatloos.com/Q-Forum/vie...

Do they actually arrest people for not paying fines with all the other stuff they tend to ignore? They certainly do but I think the cops leave it until they have nothing better to do. Mid-week daytime is usually a quiet time for the wallopers. I was fined a while ago, agreed to pay £50 per month bu...

Do we know what Robinson's Heroes are planning here? https://s7.postimg.org/i9s972l4r/Send_In_The_Clowns.png I saw some jibber-jabber about "distraining" a major public building in Birmingham, so I assume this relates to David Robinson's infatuation with David Robotham. Maybe they're goin...

Rekha Patel yep, just their provisional assessment with no evidence... So there you have it, she admits to having their Provisional Assessment (Form N236a) which she had 14 days to object to. I suspect she decided to ignore / not take legal advice on this as the Court Order had given an award of £8...

If she's off sick with mental health issues (I have no idea if that's the case, but it seems likely) then taking disciplinary action would be a bit of a minefield. The employer risks being accused of exacerbating the condition, and the employee can stall the process effectively by being too ill to ...

For whatever reason, I have a feeling that we are most likely missing a step or three in the court actions that we haven't seen, otherwise I don't see how this is proceeding. Plexus Law had a pre existing charging order against the property, who owns it now is irrelevant as that charge wasn't disch...

I do believe assets of defunct companies revert to the crown, I think I made reference to that pages ago... They do, it's a mare of a job to get the company resurrected. This happened to me, you have to sue the Treasury Solicitor through the High Court (Chancery Division) to get the Company re-regi...
