Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

Not for the first time I am wondering how much fantasy speculation the Quatloos mods are prepared to allow, regarding a named living human being, her employment situation and imagined health situation. Especially as there doesn't seem to be any actual news on the case at bar.

It's a .com. That immediately tells us it operates in commerce and not genuinely under oath to the people of England under common law at all.
Plus the fact that it's not .uk means it operates outside Her Majesty's domain which is high treason.

The audio of the meeting is on the council's website https://www.redbridge.gov.uk/about-the-council/public-meetings/cabinet-meeting-audio-recordings/ the relevant part is starting from 17:45 but nothing more than in her description. Re: Tragic news for Minister Belanger

One of the replies to Belanger's masterwork is, frankly, damn odd; David Cardill You know there are many pages of supreme court rulings which discuss "writing law from the bench" and in almost every one of them, and I believe there are thousands of pages of rulings from supreme courts whi...

Strangely, although the estate agent's front external photo shows the house with windows and doors sealed up, the interior pics are of the house fully furnished and obviously lived-in. Not sure what that indicates.

Re: Sovcit Glossary - translating the nonsense

Yes but if they want to instruct a constable to act under his/her oath and arrest the "agent" (employee) for treason (what else?), it's only fair that the "agent" has had notice. And if the principal has failed to pass on the notice to all the agents in the workforce, it's not th...

A PCN is a Penalty Charge Notice usually to do with parking violations. So by "PCN warrant" they presumably mean either a summons to court or a warrant to remove goods after a court case.

Their webpage is now gone. (error 404) Perhaps they were just updating. http://www.monetizecolb.org/updates.php The scheme has changed as of just a day or two ago. (remember when WeRe Bank stopped issuing cheques and sold LLTs instead?) And you can buy into a "fast track" for $25,000.00 n...

Yes you're right, this does not belong on the UK forum, more like the NESARA forum. But as the mods seem to steer any miscellaneous crap our way we'll just have to accept it being plonked here. It's mentioned on the main thread of the NESARA forum http://www.quatloos.com/Q-Forum/viewtopic.php?p=2349...

And not all of the British idiocy is imported from Canada and the US. That moronic lawful rebellion is a home-grown product, as was the WeRe Bank. Quite. And even if much of the British idiocy was imported, the claim N.D. has repeated just now of " stealing US memes, up to and including citati...

For those who are muddled: 1) The original Ceylon aka Mark, SriLanker etc, was mastermind of the original getoutofdebtfree forum. 2) He apparently lost control of that forum or quietly accepted a payment to relinquish it, and a debt management firm uses the inbound links to promote their business. 3...

If I recall correctly, the default was business rates, in Southampton. Business rates are a different tax subject, and it was in a different tax jurisdiction. His local authority in the Medway area was not involved. It's not really correct to say "different jurisdictions" are involved, at...

I'd say they could come steal from us, but they've been doing that right along with spectacularly poor success and track record. Somehow an Englishman in an English court appealing to the UCC/Bill of Rights/Title26/etc doesn't strike me as horribly functional, ... I've no idea what "Title26&qu...
