Re: OPPT (One Person's Public Trial) - Tucci-Jarraf

I expect a terse response, consisting of "defendant fails to state any reason why this court lacks jurisdiction" and "defendant has no authority to issue orders to the court." And dismissal for failure to state a claim is perfectly fair, because Heather doesn't state a claim. She...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

Just the words "constitutional activism" in that military, A-Team font is going to turn most people off. Because I reckon that most British citizens realize they don't have a constitution per se, and recognize this approach as being imported from America. The older poster was much more app...

Re: OPPT (One Person's Public Trial) - Tucci-Jarraf

I was surprised Judge Shirley deferred his decision with regard to Heather's motion to dismiss until January. I wonder why he decided to do that? Welcome to Quatloos, Athis. To answer your question: in the transcript of Heather's detention hearing, the judge said he chose that date to allow the jur...

This poster from awhile back is much better:

Okay, it's still stupid, but it's much more appealing and effective.

Re: OPPT (One Person's Public Trial) - Tucci-Jarraf

When can we expect an update on today's carnival Well, none of the major news sources mention the United States of America being handed over to the One People's Public Trust, or Heather being awarded $48 quintillion dollars. So I'm guessing she walked away empty-handed. :snicker: In all seriousness...

Re: OPPT (One Person's Public Trial) - Tucci-Jarraf

Assuming she isn't detained again today. If she's planning to argue that nonsense in court, she's risking contempt of court/revocation of release/psychiatric evaluation.

Re: OPPT (One Person's Public Trial) - Tucci-Jarraf

On the eve of the jurisdiction hearing, it seems Heather has doubled down. Though the word "doubled" really fails to describe the magnitude of it. She has filed two new documents: First, she sent the court a bill for $46.8 quintillion dollars . Heather is demanding compensation for the unl...

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

What about all Rekha's prior evictions? Could the court argue she's already had plenty of time and explicit orders to move out, and skip straight to disposing of it?

Re: OPPT (One Person's Public Trial) - Tucci-Jarraf

is this enough to get the judge to lock her back up? Enough? Yes. Will it? Probably not, given that the M-J let her out in the first place. Dumbass sovrunty doesn't violate the bond conditions. In the detention hearing, the judge was clearly annoyed with Heather, but granted release on grounds that...

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

The "Peter McDowell's name is on the deed" schtick shouldn't be working at this late date. The Chancery court ruled on it long ago. Either the paperwork needs to get updated, or the local police need to read the entire document.

Re: OPPT (One Person's Public Trial) - Tucci-Jarraf

But at the same time, this is a supremely rational act if you're a con artist trying to prolong a scam. It is, but she's also trying to stay out of jail. From her various updates, I get the sense she had a bad time, and doesn't want to go back. She should be looking to avoid pretrial detention antw...

Re: OPPT (One Person's Public Trial) - Tucci-Jarraf

I'm thinking myself that Heather might have just gotten her own pre trial release revoked The judge said something like "I believe (Heather) respects the court's authority, at least for purposes of determining jurisdiction." Which was the matter at hand, so he let her go. From this filing...

Yeah, writing "void" on the documents and sending them back is downright Paul Andrew Mitchell-esque. And sweet Jesus, Heather's followers are morons: Sounds like Dismissal has been ordered! Yippee! Only 4 days to go… I am visioning Heather an Randy free with the Sun and Wind on their faces...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

To cut a long story short, the £5 fee had turned into £616 in the hands of http://www.jbw.co.uk bailiffs/enforcement agents. What would you do in that situation?

Paid it when it was £5. Or appealed the fine.

This stuff really isn't that hard, you guys.

Maybe high school has changed since I went. But I suspect there are still a lot of possibilities other than "cut yourself" and "be stifled."

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to losing his houses

Robert White I'm thinking of giving in. I was just kidding I'll never give in. Testing the waters, is he? I still think Mr White is having some second thoughts. He knows he's going to lose, but chalks it up to treason, rather than his own lack of knowledge. Reminds me of an early Simpsons episode, ...

Re: OPPT (One Person's Public Trial) - Tucci-Jarraf

I'm going public as a firm never vote. Heather doesn't strike me as the fugitive type. I think "never" is also a good choice, if only because Heather will fail to recognize when she should flee. I think she really believes she can win, and won't recognize she's lost until it's too late. (...
