Re: Losing Your Home, Crawford Style

The following information will put to bed any rumors regarding the house that Sue's mum had First of all it wasn't a house but a flat managed by housing company (part of local council) Her funeral was held in a local church and was then cremated She certainly never owned it and Sue is certainly NOT ...

Re: Losing Your Home, Crawford Style

I was the one that has been doing the digging however I have at no point said I am going to publish any old address. If it can be proved that Crawford now owns this place and I pass this on to UKAR then this is a different. Until then and only then

Re: Losing Your Home, Crawford Style

Also as an aside, has TC committed any offence by lying when he told the court he was homeless As I said before, without probate being complete Sue (and maybe Tom) might not yet own SMH (Sue's Mum's House) . There also might be complications depending on what was in the will. Using c/o the bank is ...

Re: Losing Your Home, Crawford Style

In theory, it's not that hard nowadays to track down an address, if someone has the time all you need is a maiden name - aren't they listed on children's birth certificates? Certainly, would be on a marriage certificate. Once you have a maiden name (and as long as the mother never remarried) you ca...

Re: Losing Your Home, Crawford Style

Not quite. TC & SC own another house, inherited from SC's mother just as they became homeless. And that would nicely meet the remaining debts, if the bank sought an order for sale. Mr P - do you know for a fact they inherited a house from SC's mother? No one knows for sure, although it is likel...

Re: BTBATB...Beat the Bailiffs and the Banks...IS worse than GOODF!!

Exactly, a pool of people who don't want to pay their debt, asking to support a site that offered free assistance in the past. I don not see them collecting much, although I think the threat to get rid of the site, a bit hollow, as I don't see them deleting the only thing that seems to give them a ...

Re: Losing Your Home, Crawford Style

Just got word that there's a documentary being made about the anti-eviction squads by a mainstream production company in England. Should be fun. On last nights edition of " Can't Pay - We'll Take it away " ( Channel 5 UK ) Bailiffs who turned up to a house in Wales to collect a high court...
