Re: Random Freemanesque Babblings from idiots unable to sustain their own thread

More insane bullshit from Mr Badaloo. The case involves children taken into care, and Keeda gets this lunatic to help her? His argument in court was this is a 'false' claim because there's no seal on the FLA form and no evidence of the Local Authority paying a fee. As a trainee solicitor in matrimon...

From Michael's FB page. Anyone would think he had a film to promote.. Michael O'Bernicia 18 November at 18:39 · Here Ye, Here Ye! Re: Michael (of Bernicia) Waugh, UK bankster-buster

Do not post your name or any personal details, those nutters will just bombard you - especially the crawfraud fanclub Colon banned me after I proved that a claim he made in one of his videos was a lie  Mind if I put it up on there? I'll mention it was from someone who questioned the facts...

Re: Michael (of Bernicia) Waugh, UK bankster-buster

Bones - why not copy your above posts into the GOODF thread? I'd be interested to see their reaction. Predictable responses from the crowd there but I'm surprised at the level of fanaticism from Goldberry and a couple others. I can't be arsed with wading further into that nonsense, especially as the...

Is there actually an executive summary of this without all the going around in circles? - The Trusts's LPA Receivers tried to transfer the tenth property in the estate to the buyer. - Michael filed an objection with the Land Registry to the transfer (bypassing the Court system, from which he was un...

Do we have the info on who the eviction was for? It'll be good to rub it in their face when the cops come back with even more people and complete the eviction. Re: John Paterson v. JOHN PATERSON

Ok. So he has spent money to launch a claim and get a summons sent to his own home? Actually he hasn't paid anything. By his own admission he's without assets or income and qualifies for a fee remission. So we're paying his court fee. As a solicitor I saw quite a few lunatic claims in this vein. Th...

Re: Guy Taylor - The Magna Carta Man of the UK

A quick call to Swansea Crown Court confirms Guy had his appeal against an affray conviction upheld. His appeal against the contempt conviction (for which he was recently imprisoned) was however dismissed.

Ridiculous as he is, hats off to him for a partial victory.
