Probably his last chance to voluntarily play ball. https://www.facebook.com/groups/practicallawfuldissent/permalink/1501271269958239/ Bankruptcy update. My new trustee friend has been in touch again, apparently I’m obliged to tell him stuff and sign stuff. He is obviously not a full shilling. Also m...

Penniless, likely homeless and possibly banged up. It's shaping up to be a cracking end of year for Crabbie.

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

Rekha has kindly provided us with her version of the events from last Wednesday. Reproduced with redactions: A brief update, well there was a BBQ at Patel cottage last wednesday, which was good. My landlord went to assess the damage to my home, where he was verbally assaulted by [redacted] and anoth...

So he knows it was Bardsley, what's he going to do with that information?

Isn't he too skint to take people to court now?

Re: Meet the Dragons

It's hard work and costly to stand in a General Election if you want to run even a half decent campaign. Since they're a new party, just standing a paper candidate won't cut it if they want to get that £500 deposit back. They'll need to put out at least one leaflet and canvassing would be absolutely...

The dramatic arrest. I gather he has been taken to Govan Police Station (Office, in Scotland) but my grasp of the language was not good enough to make out most of the conversation.

Re: Random Freemanesque Babblings from idiots unable to sustain their own thread

I note that despite the incessant quibbling about 'persons' and 'man and woman', he refers to the children in question as 'property' throughout his ramblings. Recording a hearing of this nature and posting it on the internet shows and astonishing combination of arrogance and stupidity. I suspect he...

Wouldn't the Council have to inform/be informed by the OR to join the bankruptcy as a creditor though?

According to CAB, it doesn't get you off the hook for monies owed to HMRC.
He might be able to get out of this CTax though.

My money is on more nonsense. He (and Amanda) has alluded to further action in the past, and perhaps this order expiring is what they need to get the wheels in motion.

I really can't see a debt collection agency letting someone get away with it.

No doubt it's already been forwarded to the legal department.
