Re: OLD LADY EVICTION IN PLYMOUTH - JULIA LANGMAID

To be fair, this looks like a classic case of good intentions leading to a bad outcome. Property disputes between partners can be a minefield, requiring good advice to be sought & most importantly taken at all times. If Ms Langmaid and her former partner are tenants-in-common on the deeds to the...

FCOL. http://www.quatloos.com/Q-Forum/images/smilies/SarcasmOn.gif This is going to work because Ken Thompson's similar scheme (complete with lurid colour palette) was so effective. At least Ms Nolson's web-site looks a little better than his. Still not saying anything sensible, though.

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

Radio silence broken in another rambling and somewhat incoherent FB post. It does seem that she is accepting that the house is going to be sold... Hello everyone, need some on help and also will update....I was in court last Tuesday, Nigel Bird, can';t call him a judge as he is not fit to be a judge...

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to losing his houses

Mr White on PLD FB recently... So mid Kent enforcement services have now handed my council tax case over to rundles for collection, I’ve never dealt with them before so it should be interesting to see if they have more balls than equita. This time last year equita were after £11k threatening a xmas ...

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

Interesting, this radio silence from Ms Patel. Has it finally sunk in that all options have been closed? TBH they were some long time ago. Or could it be that some kind of restraining order was granted at the recent hearing? http://www.quatloos.com/Q-Forum/images/smilies/eusa_silenced.gif On a light...

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

Just to be clear on this (unless I have completely lost my marbles) there isn't a mortgage on Hanover Cottage. There is a court order or court ordered charge. According to the copy of the Charges Register on p50 of this thread, that is correct. Ms Patel bought the property outright (for GBP162,000)...

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house

There is indeed a 'Security Dog Unit' van parked at the top of Simmondley Village; seen by friends who visited the nearby (& recently reopened) Hare & Hounds pub a few days ago. On the subject of exclusion orders, didn't Tom C have one imposed which prevented him from going anywhere near his...

Re: Meet the Dragons

Judicial review is a type of court proceeding in which a judge reviews the lawfulness of a decision or action made by a public body. from https://www.judiciary.gov.uk/you-and-the-judiciary/judicial-review/ So to argue that this review process can be used to decide whether Parliament should have pas...

Most the staff are under A61? I very much doubt that's even close to being true. What is true is that the company that owns the pub, Dragon Clan Ltd, has never made a profit and hasn't submitted recent accounts. https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/08265299/filing-history Check out the direct...

I doubt that, even if they get the party approved by the Electoral Commission, they'll be able to raise the funds required for standing in one constituency at a General Election.

Re: Ken Thompson - Film-maker to the SovCits

He is drawing a lot of attention to himself by disrupting court proceedings, especially given, for example, that his Vauxhall is no longer road legal in any way. A kangaroo court has never been a court by or for kangaroos, but beyond that, little is known for sure about the term's origins. Various t...

I'm dealing with Rob Jackson, the external operation director for my good old buddies Ross & Roberts. I need to get some funds together to access the 192.com, find his address and either mail his house or a few rebels go and seize it. He's obviously not taking treason seriously enough. I think ...

Clearly Ms Reid has never heard of the phrase 'reductio ad absurdum'. You can be in lawful rebellion, but you accept all the trappings of 21C society 'under duress'. Image
