Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group
The assumption is everything in the property is the debtors until proven otherwise. That's not what the MoJ National Standards say... 67. Enforcement agents should not take control or remove goods clearly belonging solely to a third party not responsible for the debt. Where a claim is made, the thi...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group
Former EA. The reason we attended a property is because the Court is advised that the address is the debtors. Sometimes, the parents live there. We cannot establish which items are not the debtors in that property so we have to assume that they all are until shown proof otherwise. The problem being...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group
Mark sounds like a first class a******e. Putting his parents through that, and they still paid, says to me he should respect them for the fact they've just saved him from jail. I hope they make him pay back the money, with interest. What really annoys me, though, is that the DCA knew that the paren...

No loss, no harm, no injury. Unless you are a bailiff trying to get somebody's rightfully owed money.
Apparently the guy who smokes drugs, doesn't work, isn't allowed to see his kids and posts pictures of sleeping girls is better than them.

I'm hoping that will be enough to get the police and men in white coats involved.
To me, it seems like he's contemplating suicide before they take the house off of him.

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to lose his house
I'm still working on why they thought the court, any court would be interested in or deterred by the ravings of obvious mental defectives. The "someday there will be enough of us to take these crooks out once and for all!!" is just precious, almost like he realizes on some deep level that...

Well Graham Moore and his flock of Dragons idiots, certainly put the fear of god into the government today https://www.facebook.com/graham.moore.1023/videos/10156133122229691/ 3 or 4 yobs, shouting like drunks. 2 saucepans, intermittently rattled. Total lack of interest from the organs of the state...

Mel suggests an alternative protest - down tools for a day. Has she forgotten than most of them don't work anyway? Mel Michaluk Then maybe nothing or doing nothing is where the answer lies - everyone is willing to do nothing - for say one day?! Like a stay at home strike but again, true unity would...

Re: Facebook Group - We Buy Any Debt
I read all of that. I still can't work out what the fuck they do.
My grasp is, they "buy" your debt off you and you owe them ...Kindness?
They then tell the creditor that they owe the debt and pay it with... Kindness?
I don't get it

This is obviously a blackhat/greyhat attempt at scamming someone. He's even using a free "publishing" website to make a cover - https://www.createspace.com/ This person will be 14 years old, attempting a silly method to cash grab. Its simple really, you find a niche, post about it in foru...

Delusions of grandeur. Cant take criticism. Copying + pasting content with a few added sentences and trying to sell it. Trying to set up a forum to advertise said book. Attacking anyone who disagrees. This stinks of a 13 - 18 year old following a "guide" to make a few £ from a blackhat for...

Yes, so in this case the debt owed to Lowell will revert to being unpaid. And will have 0 negative consequences unless they try to go for CCJ, which given the general debt they purchase they would probably never do. There is essentially 0 risk to yourself for doing this on older, sold on debts. Wou...

"Single parent working and in receipt of benefits" .. I wonder why they're not attaching earnings and/or benefits? I'm not sure either. My guess would be there is more chance of getting a car/laptop/big tv and getting a big chunk paid which will include the bailiff's fees, than getting £3...

Any advice for this numpty owing £44k in tax? Maybe he could take a leaf from Crab Bait's book... https://s4.postimg.org/bi8puqf6l/IMG_1217.jpg :beatinghorse: I suspect this idjit is going to have a hard time coming up with that amount of tax to keep his hide intact. Re: Random Freemanesque Babblings from idiots unable to sustain their own thread
There's a chargeback mechanism for credit cards (not I believe for debit cards or prepaid cards). This the so-called "Section 75" claim, named after the section in one of the consumer credit acts. Do bailiffs and HCEOs take credit cards? We did, as mentioned if doing chup and pin it's alm...

Elsewhere they've revived the ill fated "Parking Notice" as piloted on the old Get Out of Debt. Basically the idea is you stick a notice on your car saying that anyone who attaches a ticket becomes liable to pay you £5000. See here for the current incarnation on Sovereign Paralegals .. ht...

She's still flirting between the 2 now. And it's also for 'a friend'. The advice is comedy gold. Can't wait to see the aftermath of this one, hanksfully we won't have to wait long. Naturally David can't help, as it's too late to get your oath signed. What a bummer. I'm gonna go with my experience h...
