Re: Woody Langford - Detaxer Lawyer and Tax Evader

I have to admit I found the comments on the start of the US movement interesting. I never heard anything about them. I really didn't become "aware" of any of the movements until Posse Comitatus reared its so very ugly head. I'm sorry if I implied that the 70's were the start of the tax pr...

Re: Woody Langford - Detaxer Lawyer and Tax Evader

Old Woody was relying on Detaxer theories from the late 1990's when the Detax movement actually had some rigour and scholarship. It was all wrong of course but they did pool resources, discuss their losses, and consider alternatives. They were networked. Reminds me a bit of the tax protest movement...

Re: Pete & Doreen Hendrickson in Tax Court

But this is right up Pete's narcissistic alley. It gives him the chance to be pompous, condescending, and wrong all at once, while preaching to the court about how he has forgotten more about tax law than the court has ever learned. How can you expect him to pass up that opportunity?

Classic Pete.

Re: Woody Langford - Detaxer Lawyer and Tax Evader

And how long before Woody goes in search of equally imbecilic methods to detax himself? Please don't tell me Woody is going to give up after the first stomping. Since the issue is indeed res juricata the court could have just phoned this one in by relying on precedence. Instead the judge did a detai...

Yes, it wouldn't make sense if you had followers that were all smarter than you. How long would that scam last?

I've tried marking and deleting the messages by checking the "mark" boxes and selecting "delete" near the bottom of the page, but none of the messages get deleted. :beatinghorse: After selecting the "delete" option at the bottom of the page, your window should reset to...

Sorry, but I don't see the Parakeet Stamp of Approval on this prayer. In fact it appears to be a prayer to help Heather, who is always trying to get into bed with mammon.

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

But there any number of public buildings that would do for them to seize, Pentonville, Whitemoor, Belmarsh - do I need to go on? I think it would be more appropriate if they were to seize the English equivalent of our Bellevue Psychiatric Hospital. At least several birds could be killed with one st...

Chalk? That is certain failure. Any sovrun enchanter worth his salt knows that the circle has to be made from the ground-up residue of a unicorn's horn.

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

When it comes to convincing people of the wisdom of your political views "believe what we believe or we'll kill you" is probably a technique that's past its sell by date. Hitler, Stalin and Pol Pot et al have given the concept a bad name :snicker: But it is still used, as reprehensible as...

Re: Creation Science (& Tax Cheaters) Hall of Fame!

If you actually can do the job, why would you half ass it?? Doing things right is usually a whole lot less hassle at the start and expense at the end. Not if you declare bankruptcy . . . . Or just take the up-front money and run. There must be fifty ways to scam your victims, to paraphrase Paul Sim...

He'll say "it's because not enough people are doing it." But he is right, just not in the way he thinks he is. Any idiotic philosophy can be used to overthrow the status quo if you get enough people and enough force behind it. But that doesn't necessarily mean that the gibberish one is ut...

Those who have suffered a crap education and cant read or write will obviously struggle with writing and serving notices etc so its not for everybody.

The Observer should be required to attend LGBTQ sensitivity training, to prevent further micro-aggressions against other Gallus gallus domesticus who may wish to express their sexuality in diverse and wonderful ways. Sir, I will have to point o...
