Re: Adam Gauthier - His Strawman is NOT an OPCA litigant

After all of your constant complaining about my purported lazy abuse of the verb stomp in respect to the actions of the Court of Queen's Bench (stomping, stomps, stomped) I made a deliberate choice to avoid using it in this posting. But I drew back. I said to myself 'No, it will just result in yet ...

Re: Adam Gauthier - His Strawman is NOT an OPCA litigant

In other words, every courtroom in Alberta. Wow, Rooke has handed out the Canadian equivalent of the Amish death sentence: Gauthier shunned in every court. Then on to the hammer; A mildly disappointing write-up this time; not one use of the verb "stomp" or its various conjugations. Remind...

Yes, but its a redundant feature since the Magna Carta and UCC prohibit parking lots/car parks as well.

Definitely Darwin Award material. But not really, both of these idiots survived. And in one case, have already fathered children. But whether or not they qualify for the Darwin Award is beside the point. What does any of this have to do with NESARA packies? Or DEET extermination campaigns? Or Deep ...

Did he fire six shots or only five? *Click-click.....CLICK* David's Magnum Cartridge method is the legal equivalent of threatening with an empty revolver, where the person being threatened can see the empty chambers in the cylinder. Re: Bennison v Nominet Ltd (a firm) – IHQ17/0408

So are we talking about a very wealthy businessman or someone with delusional accounting skills? How about someone who is making it up as they go, every time they have to provide some fact or explanation as to why they are pursuing litigation? I doubt that Bennison planned very far ahead or did a l...

Someone who decided to apply for an injunction against Nominet to suspend a domain. Much appreciation for posting an actual court document that clearly shows what happened. This Bennison business has been an tortured and silly affair over the months, mainly due to the partisans on either side never...

I have not had the pleasure of perusing a genuine Shrout for comparison, but surely the document was just a bit less fantastically crazy than the Swissindo one. You should peruse the Winston Shrout topic we have here. You can let me know your opinion on how to score his documents that demanded $7 t...

Sounds like you have him hooked, now its just a matter of keeping him on the line and thinking that any day the money will be in his hands - once you are able to get past all of those "strange coincidences" that stop you from sending the money.

Would it not be an arguable defence against a deception charge that it is so clearly complete bollocks that no reasonable person could possibly be deceived, and be further argued that an apparent sincere belief in the nonsense would indicate a mental incapacity for the mens rea to make this a crime...

Of course, if you are really not interested in stringing him along, you could end this very quickly with the obvious question any sincere renter would be asking: "I would like to look inside the apartment before I decide. When could that be arranged?" Of course, he will maintain that he ca...

You could try prolonging his agony by talking about the problems you are encountering at Western Union in getting those rent checks to him (after you tell him you sent the money): 1) "Western Union contacted me and told me that the transfer was delayed to Hurricane Harvey/Irma/Jose." 2) &q...
