Re: Legalease

Treasury regs - more specifically Tax Regs (26 CFR part 1) - are to be read CLOSELY with the corresponding section of the Tax Code, which happens to have the same section number. So reg 26 CFR § 1.752-3 is meant to be read essentially as an official commentary to tax law 26 USC § 752. As a matter of...

Miller may have finally launched himself into prison by impersonating a federal officer using the title that resembles a very real federal office.

Re: Anthony Williams - Private Attorney General

This "poor sod" seems to have an incurable allergy to honest work. But the various court decisions against him - in Hawaii, in Tennessee, in Florida, and maybe elsewhere - will be readily findable by prosecutors everywhere. If he skips the state and starts creating problems in a new locati...

Re: Republic for the united States (RuSA) Fruitcake Extravaganza

I have been keeping an eye on the Moors for several years. There are numerous splinter groups, some with quaint names such as Muurs, and apparently the smaller and more localized they are the more gradiose their titles and pretentions. Some of the groups seem to specialize in fake documents - fake d...

Re: "The Verdict"

I have long had the pipedream of working up a screenplay of The Trial of Clay Shaw -- the same case (involving the assassination of JFK) that was completely twisted up in Oliver Stone's JFK (1991, starring Kevin Costner). An honest telling would show how a completely innocent man is hounded and near...

Re: First fraudulent call of the the year....

Got this same call today, 18 Feb 2016, in Delaware. Caller ID said it was a cellphone but the call sounded like a robot caller. Did not address me by name or indicate that it knew or cared who answered the phone. Used the number 202-352-6228, which is identified as a cellphone number. I tried callin...

Re: "The Verdict"

Despite its tremendous popularity, THE VERDICT showed an incredible absence of professional ethics. Jack Warden gives his inept alcoholic friend, Paul Newman, a client as an act of charity (to Newman, not the client). James Mason (the opposing lawyer) is paying an associate of Newman to spy on him. ...

Re: But My Frivvin' Financial Files Failed To Fool The Feds!

I seem to recall a case (but don't have the time or inclination to hunt for it) in which a TP claimed 3 billion dependents on his tax return, and a court said that it was immaterial because no one could have possibly believed it. But I may be remembering that wrong. I don't know that case specifica...

Re: George Mercier "Invisible Contracts"

I bothered to check out George Mercier on Lexis. He was the plaintiff in at least two dozen lawsuits, most unpublished, usually suing someone in authority - the Secretary of Defense, the US Marshals, the Las Vegas Police Dept, the bodyguard of the Nevada Governor, et al. - invariably NOT paying the ...

Re: Sovrun Cattle - The Sagebrush Saga of Cliven Bundy

I have this intuition that, if the mass media goes away and stops giving these a_holes face time on TV, and the feds/law enforcement just set up a modest presence blocking the only road in and out of the wildlife refuge, most of those guys would go home before very long. Maybe as soon as they run ou...

Considering the RWNJ are all in Oregon at the wildlife refuge, maybe this is an opportune moment for the BLM to round up cattle in Montana or Nevada.

Re: "Freewill" KIDNAPPED AND HELD FOR RANSOM!

If he is serving time for ignoring traffic tickets or a court order, then he cannot be bailed out of jail, nor could Clarence Darrow spring him.

And, once he demonstrated that he doesn't return to court willingly, he is Very Unlikely to be granted easy bail in any subsequent encounters with the law.

Re: "Freewill" KIDNAPPED AND HELD FOR RANSOM!

I am not quite clear on what Payne has been charged with, or exactly why he was put in jail. I think it's a bit much for NESARA or whoever to expect people to do anything for "Freewill" when they haven't been told anything that identifies him or his case so that they could make a meaningfu...

Re: Sovrun Cattle - The Sagebrush Saga of Cliven Bundy

I thought Oregon would fizzle out, how wrong I was. If the authorities are smart, simply cutting off utilities to the building they are occupying will solve the situation. It gets a might cold in those hills and having to be a real survivalist, not just play it on weekends, should dampen their sove...

Re: Dumb cluck dumps flock in IRS office

If he dumped his livestock on the IRS as a means of paying his taxes, he should know that 26 USC 6311 limits the IRS to "commercially acceptable" forms of payment - cash, checks, money orders, or credit cards .... but not merchandise.
