Re: OPPT (One Person's Public Trial) - Tucci-Jarraf

But don't forget they sent it to the Alleged court instead of the real court. So they haven't admitted jurisdiction to the real court, just the pretend one.

What kind of stupid question is that? Of course he's winning. He defied the man and got away with it. He didn't pay the fine.

This was the 37mph guy, so he's upgraded a £100 fixed penalty to a 6 month ban and now £1,200 fine + costs.

You just put a hit out on her? That video was made almost forty years ago, you guys move slower than the Canadian federal government. How are you going to carry it out, kick her walker out from under her? Put an overdose of roughage in her morning mush? There's a Wikipedia article out on her but it'...

Re: Glenn Winningham of the House of Fearn - Sovran in Canada

The only way we'll see him again is if he gets a higher jail sentence in the States than he's facing in Canada and he gets a chance to scurry back. But nobody seems in a hurry to accomodate him. Rough and Tough Texas seems a more welcoming fit for him than whimpy Canada. Or it could be the the cost ...

The second order of business will be LaVidaRoja's obscenity trial. That comment offended all known community standards at Steamworks.

Re: Glenn Winningham of the House of Fearn - Sovran in Canada

What can I say, he seems to be thriving in the land of the free and the home of the brave. Apart from still being crazy and broke. Sentencing him to that relatively short jail term worked out great for Canada. He scurried back to his true home and appears gone for good. If he returns jail is still w...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

As I previously said I'm not overly familiar with Statutory v common law issues, particularly as they pertain to criminal offenses. However I said that it is my understanding, at least in Canada, that all criminal offenses are now under statutory law rather than common law. The pertinent statute in ...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

Most of that list is easily found in the Criminal Code of Canada; Murder Homicide 222 (1) A person commits homicide when, directly or indirectly, by any means, he causes the death of a human being. (2) Homicide is culpable or not culpable. (3) Homicide that is not culpable is not an offence. Margina...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

Give him credit he's right about another thing too. Cannabis isn't illegal under common law. As I understand common law nothing is illegal under it because "illegal" inplies criminal actions which are the creation of legislated statutory law. Common law is civil.

You're getting behind the curve. WeRe has been discredited and I'm sure Steve: of the family UK: is far to astute to accept them as payments. I'll pay him with Webuyanydebt kindness credits. Or, if he wishes an alternate currency, a beer if I ever see him.
