Re: An All-New Deep Knight Adventure

At least Terry Jacks is a local boy. I saw him at show at the University of British Columbia back in 1968 as part of the Poppy Family. His wife at the time was the lead singer.

Re: An All-New Deep Knight Adventure

You get one criticism and you go nuclear? Fine, choke on this; See the tree, how big it's grown But friend, it hasn't been too long it wasn't big I laughed at her and she got mad The first day that she planted it, was just a twig Then the first snow came and she ran out To brush the snow away so it ...

Re: Anthony Williams - Private Attorney General

I think the three/five letter scheme they all seem to eventually employ was originally American. It was big in Vancouver (I have piles of them I've collected) because of Menard and Chief Sino Rock General but I think they filtched it from the States. Any use of the strawman is based on prior America...

Re: Anthony Williams - Private Attorney General

Not entirely true. When the Freeman movement started in Canada it was quite creative, mainly because of our now disgraced Robert Menard. As that paper by Barbara Parry said; Netolitzsky (2016a, pp. 624-627) traces the origins of the FOTL in Canada to “…the extremes of politically leftist, “green,” a...

They've already flared brightly, supernova's, then burnt out. Canada has done the same. You're on the burnout phase of your cycle. And I have to say what you gain in volume you lose in quality. Your British sovereign types are pathetic.

Beats me, I just watched it again fifteen minutes ago. I turned the sound off because I hate rap music and he didn't say anything anyhow. Shuffling paper in front of the camera with a muted look of exhaustion and despair.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y5RsDG3iNWo Wierdest yet. He just sits there looking dazed and holds sheets of paper up to the camera. It appears to have disappeared  Still there. Maybe not for long but I just checked. As Siggy indicates it would serve for evidence regarding a mental breakdown.

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

I note that the woman in Steve's posting is impecunious and disabled. Totally broke. Too cripple to even make it to her own court hearing. Yet they seemed able to pay for a holiday jaunt to Turkey (holiday from what? Neither probably works) and she somehow managed to successfully struggle through he...

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to lose his house

About as arbitrary as your notorious 17th century window tax; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Window_tax Not arbitrary at all. Number of windows is a reasonable approximated metric for wealth, and cannot easily be hidden from the tax collector (unlike number of sheep or whatever). Simpler, happier ti...

Re: Adam Gauthier - His Strawman is NOT an OPCA litigant

An excellent write up as always. Rooke really is seriously pissed of with these idiots. I almost felt sorry for our hero litigant for a minute. A total judicial kick in the bollocks if ever there was . I wonder , if there was a fmotl version of the Fatwa, what price would they put on his head? A bi...

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to lose his house

The hospital had a large shared car park. They were already making useful side money on a generic pay-and-display system, but they wanted more. So they partitioned an inadequate section for staff parking, and hired Indigo Parking Services to screw every last penny from the rest of the land. This of...

Re: Adam Gauthier - His Strawman is NOT an OPCA litigant

I give up. There's just no pleasing you people. After all of your constant complaining about my purported lazy abuse of the verb stomp in respect to the actions of the Court of Queen's Bench (stomping, stomps, stomped) I made a deliberate choice to avoid using it in this posting. I had thought to st...

Re: Adam Gauthier - His Strawman is NOT an OPCA litigant

Judge Rooke, accompanied by his clerks and prothonotaries: The Court of Queen's Bench does not use prothonotaries. They have Masters to do the gruntwork. The Federal Court of Canada uses prothonotaries for the same purpose. Since Rooke was on a stompin' spree with that superduper court order he cou...

Time to post another update on Adam's continuing adventures! Unfortunately it's not a happy one for Adam. Just last Monday I posted this congratulatory note regarding the fifth birthday of the Court of Queens Bench of Alberta's decision Meads v Meads ; http://www.quatloos.com/Q-Forum/viewtopic.php?f...

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to lose his house

Here in Nottingham we're double plagued by the councils 'workplace parking levy'. Every employer with > 10 parking space pays about £400 a year, a space, to the council. To fund amongst other things our ridiculous tram extensions. These costs are then generally passed onto the employees. It's a nig...
