Besides, truth is an absolute defense to libel. :snicker:

Maybe why Jagger didn't sue you.

Re: Real-But-Stupid News

That's just scary, and how did you know Orly sounded like Arnie? Not the Running Man; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Running_Man_(1987_film) The Marathon Man; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marathon_Man_(film) I was referring to this scene; https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=marathon+ma...

Re: Real-But-Stupid News

I'm willing to endure another Deep Knight Adventure if it's about his huggies and snuggies with Orly. She's disappeared right off the radar and it will take DK to bring her back!.

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to lose his house

Free parking in downtown Vancouver is, as far as I'm aware, extinct. Vancouver is a very expensive place by Canadian standards and downtown is a relatively small, very constricted area with few pay parking lots left. All but one of the street level uncovered lots have been turned into condos and off...

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to lose his house

Having 8000 staff parking permits and 1800 spaces makes this the Hospital Trust's responsibility as well. Assuming 3 shifts worked I doubt if the the night shift is more than 1000, leaving about 3500 each for early and late turns. Nurses are expensive to train and becoming hard to retain at some ho...

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to lose his house

He said the nurse who faces £150,000 in charges told him: “She said I’ve got about 1,200 parking charges. She said ‘I get three or four a week and all I can do is write on them to stop hassling me and I send them back to them’. That's all she can do? Absolutely nothing else? Such as, I'll just thro...

Re: Bennison v Nominet Ltd (a firm) – IHQ17/0408

I very much doubt a British court would find ".... has got a small willy" was libellous. It's clearly just common abuse and no more libellous than calling somebody a wanker. Keith Richards wrote in his autobiography that Mick Jagger had a "tiny todger". No lawsuit ensued and the...

Re: Real-But-Stupid News

Reminds me of a neighbour across the street when I was a kid. He decided to do a spectacualar stunt for his son's birthday, blow fire, something he knew nothing about. So he stood at the top of the back steps, filled his mouth with some volatile substance, lit a match and spewed it out. Except inste...

Re: Bennison v Nominet Ltd (a firm) – IHQ17/0408

Given that the injunction (against Nominet) was an 'interim order' with a return date of 7th September, it is alarming that Google would allow such complaints to be made.

What's alarming about it? Google can't stop people from complaining. In this case they just told him to get lost.

If the Melanie Shaw discussion generates any interest it should be changed to a separate topic, ideally with her name in the topic bar such as "Melanie Shaw gets dubious help from Troofer brigade".

Happy Birthday Meads v. Meads!!!!!

Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday dear 2012 ABQB 571, Happy Birthday to you. That's right, the judgment that's reviled and praised, hated, and loved, scorned and studied but, above all, cited incessantly as the essential primer on OPCA activities is a boisterously eventful ...

Once more you fail to understand what the problem was. It was not about the content of the site, the criticism, the sniping, the childish comments and so forth. It was the fact that this site, by having the name 'bailiffhelpforum' in its title along with the hundreds of tag words on its pages, was ...

Welcome to Quatloos Donald. If you ever show up in Vancouver I'll buy you a beer. I'll even offer professional guidance on the Vancouver craft ale venues. I've done a modicum of field research on the topic of Vancouver beer establishments.

It's not difficult to see why he has so many difficulties in and out of court. Stupid Questions For Jack Ass Judges 2017 Editions...

Well at least Donald Netolitzky seems to have a burnabistic enjoyment in writing this 1000 page tome. But now that it is finished, some poor schlub, who probably doesn't enjoy it, will be assigned to translate it into french. Burnabismic?
