Re: Sovrun Cattle - The Sagebrush Saga of Cliven Bundy

You forgot to mention that part of the reason for the delay is that cRyan finally had his wings clipped and isn't allowed to go pro se any more, judge finally had enough, and now he has a PD, and the PD wanted and needed prep time to get up to speed. Originally they were just going to delay his tri...

You mean, like, a baron?

As long as it is someone who will keep the sovrun/FOTLers from having to do the hard work.

Re: Sovrun Cattle - The Sagebrush Saga of Cliven Bundy

Yesterday the federal judge agreed with defense attorneys' arguments to delay the trial of Cliven and his sons until October 30th. The attorneys contend that because of the Las Vegas mass shooting, it will be impossible for the defendants to have a jury pool that is not influenced by the tragedy. Th...

Re: OPPT (One Person's Public Trial) - Tucci-Jarraf

I have always, always gone in to reconcile those matters in a very peaceful way and always honoring my obligations. That is a dangerous phrase in sovrun gibberish. I would not be surprised to see HATJ fail to appear because she will find a "flaw" in courtroom procedures per her interpreta...

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

I did turn up to the Glasgow meet. Unfortunately I couldnt get in contact with Robert White when I realised the door was locked. Lawful rebellion is that simple to defeat? Just lock the door and throw away the key and the FOTLs will give up and go home? And think of all the money wasted on courts, ...

And even more real, but stupid news: A time-traveler was arrested in Wyoming for being drunk in public, but he had a very good reason. He is actually from the year 2048 and came back to warn us of an alien invasion next year. Apparently the evil aliens forced him to get drunk which, for some odd rea...

At least give him some credit for being honest. I am sure that notorial dissent would agree that in terms of intelligence, he is probably as smart as some kinds of agricultural products.

Re: Sean David Morton at sea

Tuscon is listed as a medium security prison. I am not sure if Morton failing to show up in court as ordered got him into a higher security prison than what other white-collar criminals get, but I hope that life is a little bit harder for him there. Morton will be around 64 if he serves all 5 years....

But there were division symbols as well:

So 2 divided by 10 divided by 2017 = some impossibly small number that has no remarkable significance.

How long before we see him moaning how he was deported from his kingdom and put into an Australian prison?

You need to get the other side to agree to it, that's very, very important.

What "other side?" He certainly can't be talking about Australia since it does not recognize his kingdom.

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

We do love archaic titles and there are quite a lot to go round. 'Lord of the Manor'? Certainly sir, that will be £3000. I once met a Lord of the Manor while living in Norfolk. Although the story he told was that he inherited it from his father. The title seemed be justified by the family having a ...

This is an interesting case (in the sense that watching a gory car wreck is "interesting"), but I don't see anything particularly sovereign-ish about it. The California Bar's disciplinary reports are full of lawyers who fought bar disciplinary proceedings by suing the Bar and the courts, ...
