As expected, David fails to submit proof of any victory in district court. Meanwhile, on a locked thread, David left more proof that his "remedy" is reliant on those district courts: There is recourse in the district courts by whatever name in the states too. You can find it in your state ...

The State of Colorado is such a typical state that adopted the Uniform Act as prescribed (suggested) by Congress. Personal NFTLs are to be filed with the secretary of state and Real Property NFTLs are to be filed at the county clerk and recorder's office where the property being liened is located P...

But he still got hit with $6,000 in penalties for pushing those frivolous arguments. In any event this case shows that the courts do go by the rules and are not afraid to slap the IRS when they screw up. EDWARD W. CLOUGH, Petitioner v. The Termination Method - Time to Prove It.

And The Observer in her personal insanity has convoluted the fact that the district court must issue a judgment for a lien, any lien to ever go into effect lawfully. If it has never become a lien in the first place, then why would she be looking for recognition from the district court that the non-...

I know suitors who are managing to hold their own with Hendrickson's process. Who might they be, David? Gosh, it must be those same ones whom David taught about how to "terminate" liens, who then had to file suit in district court to see if they still could get those IRS levies released. ...

I don't think so. The woman involved in that was called Peggy Williams. Of course that is based on Schiff's website ( http://www.paynoincometax.com/virginia.htm ) so he may have gotten it wrong. Peggy lived in Las Vegas at the time and I note the Williamsons are in New Mexico. But again, that doesn'...

Jesse Ayala Cota admitted defrauding the U.S. Treasury of more than $1.3 million and to earning more than $300,000 from his participation in the scheme. I hope he wasn't spending much time on the scheme. He would have done much better by joining one of the big accounting firms. Except that Mr. Cota...

I think at this stage of our technology, EMP devices are rather non-discriminatory in their targets. Are you willing to put New Hampshire back into the 1800's to get Ed and Elaine out? Sure. As long as I get a few days off from work :) I'd be curious to know what the range is. I live/work in the Co...
