Is it any wonder the average people who are being battered for a few hundred dollars are skeptical?

He says he's negotiating with the IRS.

http://www.nytimes.com/2010/06/07/nyreg ... gel&st=cse But Representative Rangel has no qualms about trying to keep his seat. At least Rangel didn't have the chutpah to run for the senate this year.

Hmmm. This particular democratic senate candidate owes several hundred thousand dollars for his tax violations. Maybe if elected he will be able to pay it off with a substantial taxpayer-financed salary. I'm sure he will be working closely with Dr. Rand Paul, if elected, who believes on first principles that the 16th Amendment is contrary to the Constitution's original intent.
