Synopsis: MD corporation allows employee to telecommute from New Jersey home (husband relocated), NJ rules MD corporation now liable for corporate taxes due to the myriad benefits NJ provides said corp.

I'm not surprised. The fact that corporations may end up being taxed in all 51 states (DC is a "state" for taxation purposes) without offsets may lead to Federal action, but....
