IRS Appeals

I received a call last week that the amended return for the Rubin Trust for 2007, which I originally filed in May 2011, has finally been approved. It had to do with the FTC, so the statute of limitations is 10 years. I'm not sure it was worth it for $87, but at least I have a successful appeal. Does that mean I can put "successful tax protester" on my resume? :lol:

FTC?

Foreign tax carryback?
Foreign Tax Credit. Carryback would only be one year, although the 10 year statute applies to the year the carryback would be to, as well.
