New and interesting

I got this in my junk yahoo email. Kinda weird but does the signature section seem not like a normal spammer? The return email address is @cabarruscollege.edu. My mother is a paralegal and I see sigs like that all the time when she sends me things with her work email account. Never seen one from a spammer though.
