Photobucket has recently slashed the permitted permitted amount of access for links to images hosted on their site through free accounts. It's obvious they want to convert more free accounts to paid ones. So if you have your avatar there and it's now blurred out, that's why.
Question to Webhick: can you add image storage to Q so we can keep our avatars here?
