Tax Protestors in Playboy Magazine

Post by wvfoos »

In the april issue of Playboy, page 54 is devoted to TP theories. It's just a one page thing, but it has a couple blurbs about Bill Benson, Wesley Snipes, and Schifty.

It talks about:

861

The "taxes are voluntary" theory,

No tax on wages because they are a zero sum exchange of money for labor,

The gold-backed money argument,

Taxes are a D/P violation of 5th amendment,

Citizenship renouncing theory,

The "you only have to pay taxes in dc and puerto rico" or whatever argument,

Benson's idiocy about the 16th not being ratified,

The 1040 doesn't have an OMB number as required by the paperwork reduction act.

And lastly it mention's Schifty's crap about only corporate profits are taxable, plus the income tax was declared unconstitutional in 1954.

It does inform the reader that Schifty is spending a 13 year sentence for his idiocy.

And don't forget Playboy's review of Quatloos.com!

Yeah, but I'll bet if you check his personal copy of the Tax Code, you'll find that the pages are stuck together.
