That's 'cause Jose didn't read this book:

And yes, the author of this book is indeed the same US Marshal Stephen Monier that Ed Brown and his supporters wanted to kill...

I really don't see how this can be considered a threat by Reno's daddy with these filings. Any ways, Jose says,
"Thank them for me & ask them to make sure the judge understands it." since you rub elbows with the overlords.

A threat of what? Release him or we'll type up more gibberish?

I think this is little more than another misguided action intended to be a message for the sycophants in what's left of the mob.

Jose never seems to tire of making a fool of himself. It's not hard to imagine how a few more iterations of his ever-increasing lunacy might land him in a federal prison cell.

While many people have probably told him to quit while he's behind and put a sock in it, somehow I doubt that will ever have any effect. Meanwhile, we watch yet another delusional self-destruction.
All the States incorporated daughter corporations for transaction of business in the 1960s or so. - Some voice in Van Pelt's head, circa 2006.

Next step if no one responds to Jose's demands.

He threatens to sit on the court house steps and hold his breath until he turns blue.

Of course, no one will take this seriously, etiher, unless he includes the threat to do it while wearing a toga.

Other than being exceeding painful to read, as this kind of nonsense almost always is, what does the Federal Court in New Hampshire not being in compliance with whatever it is he thinks it is not in compliance with, have to do with the holding facility in OK??? That one I am having a hard time grasping.

The rest is just the usual gibberish.

I'm not running any experiments on him. And if he wants it to stop, then he has to quit sleeping with his mouth open or else the tie-dyed hamsters will not relent in seasoning his tongue like furry little salt shakers.
