The first thing he does after being release from prison is pull a tax scam. :roll:

At that amount, it only has to work once. I don't even think you would write a how-to book to make even more money.

I would have to think that you don't see many indictments alleging the filing of false Forms 56 (notice of fiduciary relationship).

Well, yeah, because...you know, prison is full of geniuses.

I had a friend who did a nickel in Chino and one day he was telling me about these awesome scams he learned about while he was there. He insisted that "these would totally work" and "these guys were hella smart".

And that's when I pointed out that the people he was listening to were in prison when they said that. If they were so damn smart, they shouldn't have been in prison in the first place.
