It's not about what anyone on Quatloos claims, it's what the courts rule that is legal reality. It's typical behavior of the tax protester to think that their opinion of the law matters. It doesn't. You're taking something simple and trying to make it complex, but the debate here is truly irrelevant to the law. If you can't convince the courts that you are right, then you are wrong. What you are hearing here is simply advice about how the courts have and will rule on the topics you care about. You can have a political opinion on the moral right or wrong of their decision, but legally their decision rules and your opinion is just pissing in the wind. You can try to influence congress, or you can try to start a revolution, but the court system is not going to listen to your BS.
