We are pleased to inform you of
My Communications teacher (like English class) in college told the class to NEVER use the word "we" in a professional letter. It sounds so unprofessional. Especially "We at..."

It is a email scam that has been around for years, but somehow it just won't go away. In all of these scams, the “winner,” never get a penny, and the scammers make off with your money and possibly more.
