Walter Anderson's tax court case is decided in today's Tax Court rulings (Feb 24, 2009).
Remember that CtC is about the rule of law.

Anderson has filed a petition for cert with the Supreme Court, apparently challenging the conclusions of the lower courts that a conviction for criminal tax fraud should conclusively establish liability for civil tax fraud penalties.

I doubt this is something that the Supreme Court is going find very interesting, but you never know.

And cert denied. Anderson v. Commissioner, No. 12-1051 (U.S.S.C. 6/10/2013).
