Australia: Community Law Resource Group

Spotted what appears to be a semi-operational Australian OPCA group:
Interestingly this outfit are still holding monthly meetings at three locations - the venues are modest, to say the least, for example (http://www.clrg.info/public-monthly-mee ... rnum-hall/). There's a $7.00 entry fee, but "Tea, Coffee and snack are available for a gold coin donation." What a bargain!

The website is not especially active, but it looks like a potential source to explore OPCA activities in Australia. For example, there is a section that invites affiliated persons to post their impending court dates (http://www.clrg.info/court-dates/). Quite a few entries.

I homed in on the two posts with the "Court Wins" flag (http://www.clrg.info/category/court-wins/). One is an old Dean Clifford video! Uhmmm... maybe not a win. The other was an incident in which the Australian Taxation Office did not attend a hearing and so the taxpayer won by default - but the writer also provided his 85 page CLRG "tax pack" documents (http://www.clrg.info/wp-content/uploads ... x-Pack.pdf)

There is also a related Facebook page:
It looks a lot like the typical OPCA Facebook page - copypasta, recycled videos, and all that.

Videos? Of course! https://www.youtube.com/user/ReligiousWord/videos

No matter where one goes, it just seems to stay the same...

Kinda like a reversed distribution of avian flu. Instead of originating in South East Asia and spreading here, it started here and infected the rest of the world. Sooner or later we're gonna run out of Democracies or Monarchies though. Wonder if someone will try to apply it to a Socialist government?

At this point that kind of leaves Russia, China, South America, and Africa. My bet is that it wouldn't play well in any of those places.

Oddly (actually not) enough, Sovereignorami, Feemen, and their ilk can only attempt (albeit eventually unsuccessfully) in countries subject "The Rule Of Law."

They need laws, court cases, and so from which to extract their misinterpretations of the law and word-warped support thereof.

They need countries which formally recognize the standing and rights of their citizens.

Just for laughs. imagine tax evaders such as Pete and friends attempting to operate in China. There wouldn't be any protracted court cases with multiple levels of appeal nor would there be any Contempt of Court hearings -- much less with a jury. At best there would be a showplace trial, a guilty verdict, imprisonment for a protracted period, and forfieture of asets to cover thier frauds. At worst, it would be BANG and your relatives get the bill for the ammunition.

Similarly, FMOTLs, Sovereignorami, and their amental followers would not be video-taping their confrontations with police. They would be too busy trying to shield their skulls from the batons and boots.

You mean that if someone walked into a Russian court and cited the UNIVERSAL Commercial Code as a binding legal authority, it wouldn't work?

To put this in perspective, "gold coin" is aussie slang for $1 or $2 coin (which are gold in colour).
