Looks like Derek and Kevin were involved in another industry before they worked in Real estate?

OK, now I got it why Kumar is trying to publicly disassociate himself from Johnson. Previously someone like Manji would work closely with both of them, but to the victim they would present themselves as Derek plus Manji, or Kumar plus Manji. Recent reports from victims indicate that there are just the two of them right now working literally hand in glove and they are franticly trying to recruit more help.
Further to the above from a private communication from a recent victim:
They are very much buddies. They work very closely with each other, from my
experience with them. Every bit of information is shared between each other
and discussed at length. For example, I'd provide court documentation to
Derek, and the next day I'd get a phone call from Kumar discussing said
documentation in detail - as if I had provided it to him. They talked about
hearings attended (allegedly, as they don't like to show up in court), and
their stories were virtually identical - as if they went to the same
hearings.

Let's not forget another website Canada Property Guys . com of Kevin Kumar/ Derek Johnson. A member of our group once had inquired ( he had seen the ad in kijiji) and was replied by an alias name of Jacob Warren. When he asked if he knew about Kevin and Derek, he had denied knowing them and pretended that it was his own business website. From the previous websites of Kevin Kumar and Derek Johnson, the canadapropertyguys.com is more of a copy and paste from their previous websites that were taken down. The name of the website is more like a copy cat of propertyguys.com. However, after googling canada property guys, more of the propertyguys.com comes out on a google search which gives the latter a better advantage.

Just FYI: Multiple links from Page A to Page B don't influence Google's search results any more than a single link from Page A to Page B does. In fact, at some point, if you pile on identical links, you run a risk of getting all of them disregarded. (The first rule of search engine optimization: avoid things that blatantly look like search engine optimization.)

Iannic Beaupré is another name associated with Canada Property Guys. Not sure of the extent of his involvement, or if he is possibly an "investor" working with them. Kumar tried to distance himself from them when I questioned why they weren't contacting potential buyers for my home, and I was also receiving nasty emails from investors relating to contact with them. But they VERY much work together, as Kumar told me from the beginning that they would be accessing my gmail account created for my Kijiji ad. :naughty:

Start by simply placing an ad in one of the many online marketing services in Canada. Kijiji or Craigslist is coast to coast and offers FREE real estate advertising providing great exposure for the Canadian For-Sale-By-Owner. Please note there are many local online advertising services in your area that you can use as well. Let us know where you are located so we can assist you with some of the BEST local advertising services available.

Sell Your Home Commission Free

Click The Above Link for Word from Word Voice Over and Simply Follow Along FOR-SALE-BY-OWNER Commission FREE System

When a potential buyer contacts you regarding the ZERO DOWN, or NO QUALIFY financing, you simply gather their contact information and let them know a financier will contact them to help arrange this type of financing. This will allow you to sell your home quickly and commission FREE !
This leads to qualified buyers coming to view your home. One of the BIGGEST mistakes the average For-Sale-By-Owner makes is allowing everybody and anybody to view the home without qualifying them ! We will qualify ALL buyers before allowing them to view the home.
Why prepare a home to be viewed by people who cannot buy it ...

We offer a free answering service available when you are busy at work or taking care of the kids. We realize that selling your home, and making appointments is a job in itself, and we will assist you in connecting buyers with your home, while creating a win win situation for all parties involved in the sale.
All for FREE !

Down Buyer

Here is a voice-over Video to watch that will walk you through the following email word for word that you can read along with: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W6IPD6uvcR0

Please note that iSpeedPrivateLending.com is an Accredited Agency according to the Real Estate Council of Canada (R.E.C.C.) http://www.realestatecouncilofcanada.ca/

When entering the real estate market as a No Qualify Money Down buyer it is important to understand the market you are purchasing in and how it can affect the purchase price.

To Further explain this, here are the 3 types of buyers in any real estate market:

1. Buyers who Can Qualify and have a down payment.
2. Buyers who Can Qualify but do NOT have a Down payment.
3. Buyers who Have a Down payment but CANNOT Qualify.

In any real estate market, Category 1 pays less for homes than Category 2, and Category 2 pays less for homes than category 3.

Here is the MOST IMPORTANT Question for the No Qualify Money Down Buyer:
If a home, is being marketed for $400,000 with 5% down, is it worthwhile to pay $440,000 as a No Qualify Money Down buyer buying the exact same home?

Here are some points we need to consider:
If you are in a rental situation paying rent every month to a landlord,
only due to the fact that you cannot qualify at a bank to purchase your home, let's run the following scenario to see if it is worthwhile to purchase the home No Qualify Money Down.

iSpeedPrivateLending.com

When they don't steal a name they have a hard time coming up with quality fake business names.

So with the http://www.realestatecouncilofcanada.ca/ they are the regulatory body.

Then they are the real estate agency http://www.canadapropertyguys.com/about.html

and finally they are the bank. http://www.ispeedprivatelending.com/

These guys have got it all wrapped up. One stop shopping including mediation controlled by Derek Johnson and Kevin Kumar.

Add the court of kings bench and why would you want to use anyone else like people with proper licences?

Plus the 2300 lenders they claim to have all boil down to Laurel Cinnamons numbered company.
1827148 Alberta limited. ( this may have changed as they have used many in the past)
Really make the whole operation run smoothly.

HOW is this not criminal?

Hi XXXXX,

Here is a voice-over Video to watch that will walk you through the following email word for word that you can read along with.

Click Here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WAnHGEg2ZjM and read along.

Category #2
No I cannot qualify at a bank, but have a$20,000 - $60,000 down payment,
Simply email back "No! I cannot qualify for a mortgage but I do have $20,000 - $60,000 for a down payment."

If you are selling a home, we can buy it !

Simply reply back, "Yes! Make an offer on my Home!".

Okanagan WholeSale Investments

After one gets qualified and they had received the downpayment they had requested, you will received a land title. However, the victim will later end up being sued by a foreclosing lawyer. The criminals, will pretend to help out and encourage the victim to sue the judge for a million dollars. Those nasty judge has no right to take your property right? The scenario is, if you follow through them, you will end up vexatious and in the end you cant go after the criminals ! That's very smart and calculating of them. It took me some time to realized what I'd been through..so glad I never listened to the temptation of the  himself. I only wanted my downpayment back.

I noticed that Canada Property Guys only JUST posted videos on their YouTube channel 10 HOURS AGO. And they are the same videos as we've seen posted by Derek and Kumar. (using Kumar's voice for the videos)

Naturally, they are also accredited by the fake Real Estate Council of Canada. Leaves me to wonder: Are Jacob Warren/Iannic Beaupré aliases for Derek/Kumar, or are they real identities who are partners in crime?

The plot thickens ....

Even the human right activists themselves think its a scam. Here is a link to a thread of David Icke forum: http://forum.davidicke.com/showthread.php?p=1061216821
Here is one of the response:
Looks like a refinance scam to me.

Home "owner" to renter…

Still in a financial tailspin, because the jobs were shipped to China.
Still playing in the Bankers Court with the Bankers ball (money).

Can't pay the rent; out you go.
In my opinion, they or might be only one of them use the human rights activist scenario to play in with their scam.

I never worked for them. They brought it up on several occasions, but I had no interest in it. They were telling me I could make $500 per foreclosure, for my "assistance". They wanted my husband to work for them, as a "sales rep", but they offered two options: $25/hr or a commission for each deal, which Kumar stated would be in the thousands. My husband wasn't interested, either.

My involvement with them was purely trying to fight the foreclosure and selling my home.

I'm sure there are many, many reps out there who worked for them and never got paid. Hopefully the wheels of justice will start turning a little faster! :Axe:

from this web site

What are the Advantages that the Court of Kings Bench has over the Competition?

1. Pro Bono/Donation services for the people making claims/defending claims and Human Rights Activists TM. A system designed for everyone and not shut out people who can't afford the services of a Lawyer. Remember that you won't be billing $300/hour like lawyers do, but even a smaller percentage of that paid out over a number of clients with a combination of pro bono services means a great career opportunity making a healthy living. You will start your business with leads we can provide to you from people requiring services, and then show you how to market your company even further and build your business.

2. Online/Easy to use document filing system. No need to drive documents downtown to file anymore. Documents can be submitted online now for ease of use for both plaintiffs and defendants.

3. Internet based hearings that eliminate the need for your presence in one central location. With technology today, we can even have jury trials in a common law system in a fair and unbiased arena that provides for fair outcomes without the large commissions the court extracts from the people in the form of excessive debt judgements.

4. A Court by the People, and for the People. Common Law has existed long before statutes (corporate policy) became a function of the corporations and governments which use them. This brings common sense/law back in the process and allows human beings to be treated in a fair system that doesn't favor institutions and profit over people. The Court of Kings Bench does not answer to shareholders and is not a profit based corporation trying to increase its bottom line therefore can function correctly according to a higher standard of Justice.

5. Licensing for the Human Rights Activist TM can be made available to anyone and everyone that seeks to participate in providing for a higher standard of justice and resolving conflict in our communities. Our system is designed to promote a system of fair and unbiased mediation where the average individual can get involved and make positive impacts in our communities while providing people a real alternative.

trade mark LOL........

Who has shares in the court of queens bench??????????
