Allen welcome to Quatloos.

It isn't often we get someone coming to visit that supplies us with 8,000 and change words of crispy crunchy crazy all in one convenient package.

I suppose it is comforting to discover that you are as unpleasant, and well crazy, in person as you are on paper, but there you are for all the world to gawk and laugh at. We most sincerely thank you for your unintended comedy.

With regard to your magnum opus challenge, YOU ARE WRONG, WRONG SINGULARLY, WRONG IN PARTICULARS, AND WRONG IN TOTALITY. You are therefore refuted and your claim does not stand. My refutation stands as clear and unopposable truth and standing.

Incidentally, you will have to come to the US to file in court, and teeny tiny hint, US courts take a VERY dim view of your little fantasy theories, and it is considered extortion in some jurisdictions(mine for instance) and a jailable offense.

Nice meeting you, have a nice day, eh.

The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

Greetings Allen Boisjoli (try charging me for this, it'll be fun!) and welcome to Quatloos, while many here will take pokes at you (mostly in good jest, and in utter disbelief of many of the comments you have made / believe in), for the most it is rather amiable.

So first off.. your CSA thingy.. and you stated about circular logic.. - that is called a unilateral agreement - solely being one sided (thus the 'copyright' usage of your name).. yet you state, laws etc etc are an agreement between parties.. so your CSA uses circular logic, AND in the same breath - disproves its own self -

You go on about the 'admiralty' courts.. sorry, but that has long long long been disproven. There are many multitudes to the flaws in that logic.. however, simplest is.. CANADA, is ruled by the elected powers.. those powers are elected via proxy of the voters. Those said elected, have in that statement, the approval OF the People, By the People, For the People to make laws.. which the PEOPLE are then held standard to. (Thus the purpose of electoral systems, proxy vote etc etc). If people don't like the laws of Canada, they are free to leave.. however it is hard to travel without a passport to another nation.

The difference between your ideas of laws, and the reality.. in the final end; enforcement. The police come to your door, and handle you (as the public/electorate/proxy) as allowed, and put you behind bars. Any reference to religious laws, is flawed simply because there is more than one religion in the world.. or is it, that only your religion matters.. there-in is another immediate flaw.. if you pick a single point, I am sure that many here will gladly debate it. You have 'read' and 'researched' about law, admiralty (btw, the UCC does not apply anywhere in the world.. except the USA.. which doesn't exist according to many of your founding theories.. so a Law of the USA.. can not exist, because the USA does not legitimately exist.. see where this circular stuff goes..)

A note to pigpot - As you realized I did not disapprove your recent post because it linked to another site. What you got was the standard default message for disallowing posts "Reason: The message contains links to illegal or pirated software". You got this message because I couldn't be bothered to type out a personalized explanation to you why I killed your post so you got the automatic response.

You want it explained? Your message was not allowed because you posted it for no other reason than to take a pointless jab at ninja. I will not allow you to start making totally unprovoked critical comments about other posters.

I sent portions of that seething mass of wrongness to an attorney friend of mine who teaches law at University of Hull Law School.

I got an amusing reply from his phone as he was in Scotland - his succinct comment was:

"Bring back breaking on the wheel for that bampot" .

A note to Allen. I deleted some of your first post for violating Quatloos rules about revealing names and personal information. It's explained there.

Let's not be too hard on Allen, let's talk about the happy times when he was just on the cusp of success and his optimism knew no bounds. Specifically on September 30, 2015, when he gave us this upbeat and happy video, nine days before Rooke dropped the hammer. He's chipper and optimistic, chatting about all of the projects he was working on.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lk85qeCTD2w

He's showing what he does with donation. He started by counting out seven registered letters he was about to send. Sadly he had to pay to get them registered because Canada Post wouldn't honour their international obligations to send his mail pre-paid for free under UPU rule 114 2-2. The UPU is the Universal Postal Union, a UN agency. This is what the Permanent Mission of Canada to the United Nations Google says about it;

Universal Postal Union

Founded in 1875 in Bern, the Universal Postal Union (UPU) became a UN specialized agency on July 1, 1948. Its role is to oversee the regulation of the international postal service, a truly universal system.

The UPU has 189 member states. Their postal services constitute the largest distribution network in the world. Each year, over 6 million postal workers in more than 700 000 post offices around the world handle a total of 430 billion letters, printed materials and packages in domestic postal services, and nearly 10 billion letters, printed materials and packages in the international postal service.

Canada Post represents Canada to the UPU.
This is what the relevant section says;

Article RL 114

Prepayment. Methods of denoting prepayment

1 Principle
1.1 As a general rule, items shall be fully prepaid by the sender.

2 Methods of denoting prepayment

2.1 Prepayment shall be denoted by means of any one of the following methods:

2.1.1 postage stamps printed on or affixed to the items and valid in the member country of origin;

2.1.2 postal prepayment impressions valid in the member country of origin and dispensed by automatic vending machines installed by designated operators of origin;

2.1.3 impressions of officially approved franking machines valid in the country of origin, operating under the direct supervision of the designated operator of origin;

2.1.4 impressions made by a printing press or other printing or stamping process when such a system is authorized by the regulations of the designated operator of origin.

2.2 Items may also be provided with an indication that full postage has been prepaid, for example,"Taxe perçue" ("Postage paid"). This indication shall appear in the top right-hand part of the address side and be authenticated by a date-stamp impression of the office of origin. In the case of unpaid or underpaid items, the impression of the office which prepaid the item or made up the postage on it shall be applied opposite this indication.
Apparently Boisjoli interprets this to mean that Canada Post is required by international law to stamp his mail as having being prepaid even if he in fact doesn't pay anything. I'm guessing it is because the "indication that full postage has been prepaid" is listed as separate method of denoting prepayments from 2.1.1 which is the requirement to affix stamps. Can't say I read that into the regulation. Nothing about free mailing, just how to indicate on the letter that postage is paid. However I have to say it is really impressive how deep Freeman/OPCA types are willing to dig into the obscure rules of arcane organizations to try and save a buck. Speaking of bucks he says that one of his expenses was paying his notary $50 to get the contents of the seven registered letters notarized. I assume that this notary was Edmonton notary Edward J. Powell who was harshly criticized by Rooke in the vexatious litigant decision.

Anyhow on then to the wonders about to unfold as a result of these letters. The first was to a bank official, a $1,000,000 promissory note to have her open up a trust account for him. She's
instructed to cash out the note to the account so that Allen can get some working capital. The next is to the CFO of Equifax. This is a credit-rating agency. Allen sent him a notice a few months back to get his credit rating expunged. The CFO had said no problem if Allen could prove his problems with the Royal Bank were resolved. Well Allen has that proof in the letter. He sent a unilateral agreement to the Royal Bank a few months ago saying that they owed him $825,000 and since they didn't respond to it they have agreed they owe him the money which should clear up his credit problems quite nicely. A heads-up to we scofflaw Quatloosians, the $825,000 was his bill for the bank breaching his privacy and his copyright notice by sending his account to collections instead of using his promissory note to pay it off. I assume the copyright comment relates to his copyright of his name. I guess we're screwed if the Royal Bank, a hard-nosed grasping institution, has caved and agreed to pay almost a million bucks for using his name. On top of that Allen said that Equifax is going to lay charges against the Royal Bank for giving them false credit information.

Next up is the official at the Royal Bank who actually accepted Allen's promissory note as being valid (I assume by not rebutting in the proper form by sacrificing a live goat at a swampy crossroad near Clarksdale Mississippi at midnight during a full moon) but then the lying weasel refused to pay the money into Allen's account. So Allen is charging him personally for the $825,000 for not honoring his agreement. Serves him right.

The next is of interest to our British posters. It is to Peter of England and the WeRe Bank. He's sending the 150,000 pound promissory note that Peter asked for plus an additional promissory note to give Peter some operational funds. The man's all heart but why not if all it takes is a piece of paper and a registered letter? Being an idiot I paid off my mortgage with actual cash. :brickwall:

Allen said that he's had several government institutions already cash his promissory notes so hopefully Peter can do the same and open up a "proper bank" instead of operating out of his garage or whatever he has there. Is that a surfacing doubt about the viability of the WeRe Bank?

Next up is a letter to the Chief Judge of the Albert Court, I assume Rooke's superior. It's a complaint about the judge who convicted Allen in his absence when he was actually there. Something about a speeding ticket and perjury by the convicting judge. Allen said that this letter will result in the judge being removed from the bench.

Next up is the big one! It was to the Queen's Bench Civil Division to get a default judgment from the court so that he could get the sheriffs to start collecting for him. Little did he anticipate the shitstorm that that letter would trigger! Talk about foreshadowing.

He said that he's accomplishes all of these wonders for $150. So make more donations, they will be remunerated tenfold! I wish I could invest that wisely, that's almost biblical.

So, given the consequences of mailing that packet of hopeful posts (mailing costs paid personally because Canada Post wantonly violates international law) you can see why he might have reason to be somewhat bitter about subsequent events.

Just to show Alan the Absurdity of his copyright claim. I have a Copyright in my name too. I charge $1,000,000,000 for its use.This includes my full name and user name, so, If you are going to sue me, I hope you are ready for my counter suit, as I am sure you will name me in your suit, and I wouldn't consent to its use. As they say, whats good for the goose is good for the gander.

I hope this example highlights the sillyness of all this copyright name stuff, it just doens't work in the context you are using it in. Oh, and like was said above, UCC doesn't apply in Canada, or in fact anwhere outside the US, show me your source for this...

I'm so sorry I missed all of this yesterday. I was busy attending my father-in-law's funeral. It really puts life into perspective, and realise how childish and completely ridiculous Allen Boisjoli (and the rest of the "freetards") sounds.

On a personal note Allen, life is far too short to harbor feelings of resentment, carry grudges, and basically act like a cowardly school yard bully. Yes Allen, you are the school yard bully who never grew up. Only, rather than threatening to beat me up if I don't give you my lunch, you are threatening to EXTORT MONEY out of me (and others) in a legally misguided manner, in order to get what you want. :brickwall:

Documents! We all know how I love documents. And Allen has provided them in copious quantities! So I'm sharing a pile of them.

The background. I've been casually watching Boisjoli for a while and back in the summer I was idly following some of his online activities when he began boasting about this great new scheme he had that was going to get him Big Money and how he'd crush all those who annoyed him. You know, like billing we Quatloosians for using his name at $100,000 a pop. To show what he was planning he posted links to a dropbox account where he had been accumulating all of his powerful documents to share with us. I grabbed them but just stashed them away.

But now, with Allen's appearance on Quatloos, it seemed like an appropriate time make these available to everyone, so that we all could appreciate the enormous amount of work Allen has put into his materials. So here they are; the documentary legal basis of all of Allen's actions over the past six months or so.

Looks airtight to me. He must have included his name at least a hundred times in it including all of the variations you can think of. Nobody would go to that immense amount of work unless he was on totally solid legal ground.

I have read many of this man's powerful thought provoking paper work and I now see that my hasty condemnation of his efforts and awarding him the title of 'Head Looney' was in error. I apologize and note that his title should have been Grand Prince Head Looney with three brownie points and a slice of fruitcake on the side all covered with pungent crap sauce.

Thanks also to Burnaby49 for posting the above bucket full of glorious gibberish!

Oh and Allen the reason none of this worked is because in your brilliant July 2015 UCC filing you misspelled 'Government' thereby letting them off the hook.....tsk tsk.

I hope that teaches you to STFU about stuff you obviously have no clue about! I am even doubtful any of you even have any capacity to even comprehend it!
Wow, I go off round other parts of the internet and someone breaks the record for the biggest single post on Quatloos. Oh and by the way fellow Qualoosians there is no proof that theSovereign1 is Allen Boisjoli so this theSovereign1 guy will have to watch what he says or he'll owe Allen Boisjoli a small fortune.
What happens if I quote theSovereign1 quoting Allen Boisjoli's name? Who gets the bill?
Also, what's the CSA? Confederate States of America, Child Support Agency, Cincinnati Small Arms?

Allen's magical UCADIA id card

Damn, I made the mistake of taking a look at the bottom of Allen's ID card and researching UCADIA. I can handle Scott Duncan with the aid of malt liquor but UCADIA is links upon links back to each other and what appears to be years of stream of consciousness authorship in an attempt to create an alternate universe. UCADIA has been mentioned on Quatloos before, but it's enough to reduce me to a gibbering idiot.

When I was a "Freeman" follower, I mentally sorted through all info I came upon by placing them into 2 mental piles.
(1). Seems credible and reasonable enough for further investigation.
(2). Utter New Age religious crap, backed by no factual evidence.

Much like Kate of Gaia, Santos Bonacci and others, UCADIA fell into the second category. I studied the website for about an hour, noted that (like most New Age gurus), UCADIA and it's chief Minister Frank O'Collins was promoting a form of ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT. That was all I needed to see, and I clicked the little red box in the corner of my screen that had an "x" in it !!!

Canadian Standards Agency, who I used to do a lot of work for, is the best that I can think of. Consider it the equivalent of the IEC in the EU, of which I believe you are still a member of. The full name, the abbreviated form of the name, and multiple iterations of symbolic representations of the name signifying inspected in Canada to CSA standards, by a third party in Canada to CSA standards , by Underwriter`s in the US Canadian standards, etc are all copyrighted and using their name in vain will result in some rather aggressive legal prosecution by them that they are almost guaranteed to win. :Axe:

Or just a flipping loony toon with much too much time on his hands and nothing to keep his teeny tiny brain occupied. I think I'll go with that.
