Having now consumed enough alcohol not to try to make sense of it, I see:
Gloucestershire Constabulary
_____ -
_____ 84228 St. Gravels[?]

VRM NS2 41943 A__de AG 7-3-01
Dave (of the Family) _____
9 Meadowlands Close
Park Seymour, [Caldicot NP26 3JR]

(form language) 1 (form language) ______

As ______ not acting as or
performing a function of government
as [chias REabot] of
(signature)
Below this, the right column of the table is headed, "____ Code".

The address information comes partly from running a Google Maps search on "9 Meadowlands Close, Park Seymour." It comes up with a location in Caldicot, which looks close, but it's impossible to tell for sure. It may be good to summon some of the (now substantial) UK contingent to have a look and see what they think.

I'd leave it be. Why make the effort to intrepret Dean's hieroglyphics? Probably just more meaningless stupidity. It's obvious that he's just screwing around by the apparently deliberate poor quality of the copy. If it was of any importance he could have easily made it sharp enough to read.

Maybe that is the point, he's just playing games.

As Dave is not acting as, or performing, a function of government, all claims rebutted.

Whilst I agree with Burnaby above that it is likely to be meaningless stupidity, I couldn't help but notice the police station given as St Briavels which is in the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire. Being born in St Briavels gives people mining rights to coal and iron ore under the Forest, a sort of Freeminer-under-the-Land.

Thanks for everyone's help. This is obviously a photo sent to Dean from one of his cult followers, who is apparently attempting to use Dean's false interpretations of The Canada Act, as well as R.v. Dell and somehow applying it to U.K. legislation. http://www.canlii.org/en/ab/abca/doc/20 ... ca246.html

Interesting. But i bet it's like "freedom to travel", it doesn't exempt you from the regulations concerning the use of equipment or the protection of the environment. But yeah, take a small pick and remove what you find sticking out of the ground; that will be sufficient for your sod hut village.

Here we were (well maybe just me) mocking Dean for not having an age-appropriate wife/girlfriend/significant other when a Wall Street Journal on Gregg (Eat a Peach) Allman put things in more perspective;
Mr. Allman, 67, has weathered six marriages and struggles with drug and alcohol abuse, but these days he is upbeat and forward-looking. In a recent phone interview from his home outside Savannah, Ga., he extolled the benefits of a new gluten-free diet and juicing regimen, professed his love for his 27-year-old fiancée and singled out every member of his eight-piece band for individual praise.
Six marriages! I'd better get to work. I'm a complete slacker who's still stalled on his first! To beat Gregg's age gap I'm going to have to find a 25 year old. Sounds very exhausting and I'm not enthusiastic about that gluten free juicing regimen. I think I'll just settle for the popcorn chicken at the Beautiful Island restaurant with my current wife.

A tip for any Vancouver area readers. The Beautiful Island, on Imperial Street in Burnaby is great. A family run Taiwanese restaurant which is quite different from the usual Sichuan and Cantonese fare here. Food is excellent and wife and I had dinner for $26 for the two of us. It's turning into our favorite spot.

I wasn't suggesting his girlfriend wasn't age appropriate, merely that we finally solved the mystery of some of the comments that had been made towards him by disillusioned supporters.

Dean Clifford's Conviction vs. actual prison time:

1x Production Of Controlled Substance (marijuana): 14 years (max)
1x Failure to comply with condition of undertaking or recognizance 2 years (max)
1x Possession Of Prohibited Or Restricted Firearm: 10 years (max)
1x Careless Storage Of Ammunition: 2 years (max)
5x Contravention Of Storage Regulations: 2 years (max) on first offence, 5 years (max) on subsequent offences
5x Possessing a firearm without a license: 5 years (max)

I want people's opinions / guestimates on how much prison time do you think Dean will be sentenced to. My personal opinion is that the 2 charges that have 5 counts each will most likely run concurrent and to the max. The marijuana charge will probably net him at least 3 years. All in all, my guess is between 10 to 20 years. Anyone care to take a guess?

As Ninja and others have pointed out the time Clifford has already spent in the clink count toward the reduction of his sentence. I think I have that right.

On the other hand Dean hasn't done anything to show remorse or indicate that upon serving his sentence he plans to mend his ways.

The thing I think we need to keep in mind is that Dean has shown he can get himself charged with crimes even while he's in jail. If he gets 2, 3, 5 or 10 years that's just more time for him to run afoul of prison authorities. He's a self destructive mess.

I have heard criminalogists say that many men who get long sentences really only need to be held until they get in their late 40's or early 50's when they mature and the testosterone flow starts to ebb. Dean just turned 40. In another 10 or 12 years he won't so full of piss and vinegar.

Very good analysis, reminds me of Morgan FREEMAN in "Shawshank Redemption", however there still remains that anarchistic element that Dean has that still resides today in John Lydon ("Johnny Rotten" from the Sex Pistols), which makes him "full of piss and vinegar" at almost age 60. Unless, in Lydon's case, it is all for show?

There's a case somewhere in the threads here of another freeman dude with a grow operation and guns, think he got like a year.

Canada is extremely lax.

I almost choked on my beer when I read that. But I do have to agree that "Canada is extremely lax", as I have seen countless child porn, and child luring cases in Canada get 6 to 18 months - which literally disgusts me.

The thing(s) they ought to be taking in to consideration besides his lack of remorse and repentance are Deano's proven propensity to repeat offend, his propensity for violence, as well as the fact that he is just plain dumber' a rock. At this point I think sending him to prison for a good long stretch is the only solution before he inevitably hurts an innocent someone and/or gets himself killed in a police altercation which he has been working towards.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

Hey "notorial dissent", can we agree that if it wasn't for these "dissenters", "Quatlooser's" wouldn't have what they do to reject their dissent.

State of the universe in flux. No?

There are plenty of other money/time/life wasting delusions out there to contend with. The whole of the sovereign/freeman/"alternative legal theory" movement could vanish from the face of the earth and Quatloos would carry on tomorrow without missing a beat.

Of course that would mean guys like Menard and Clifford would need to get jobs so I rather doubt it will happen.

Dean is at it again: PLEASE DONATE :sarcasmon:

Facebook:
Okay, you people want a new World and an escape route from this system. Let's see who's serious. If you want to join, you must be approved, so I hope all my like minded friends will jump on board and help promote this as we build it.

Earth Stewardship Cooperative, the new Facebook Group. Look us up and join, as we are going live with our website as soon as you want us to.

First project:

We are hoping to launch the online community by Monday, August 10, which will be the web based platform that is basically our own private Facebook type community at our own website with our own software. With everything that I have been through the last 2 years I simply cannot, and will not, do everything myself anymore. There are some die hard supporters out there that have been helping us every step of the way every time we have needed help, and right now, our first project is to raise the final $800.00 (yes eight hundred dollars) to pay for all the hosting and expenses associated with launching.

If people cannot do that then there is no point in me continuing to pursue this initiative of wanting to build farms, build farmers markets and eventually buy land owned by the Coop (everyone then owns it) in every country around the globe, and expand. There are specific projects we will be doing fundraisers for, on top of membership fee's, and that will all be done through our own website with members as well as here, complete with video's of the progress of these real world initiatives.

More will be explained on the website, but that will not happen unless people want it to happen. If people want it to happen, then we need funding from our future members or I am not going to take the time to do it.

For those of you who were at the Hamilton Seminar in November of 2013, you will recall that I was arrested within 2 hours of proposing this concept to the people present at the seminar. This is what they do NOT want us doing. So, that is exactly what I am doing. 90+ days in solitary confinement taught me that I'd rather be shot than getting another attempted "re-education" as to why you don't question the State Party. Well, I'm not questioning them, I've left and I'm going to take as many of you with me as want to leave by building a new State Party, Earth Wide.

If you want it, I will build it, but you are going to support me while I do it. Any excess funds raised are pooled resources of the E.S.C., The Earth Stewardship Cooperative and will be used for the first projects that have already been started with my money.

Do you want to Escape the current system? Help me build the Escape button, the ESC is going to be your Escape route from tyranny.

Dean Clifford.

Only $800? Then he only has to do a little better than Menard when he tried the begging route;

http://www.gofundme.com/vha25nc

Then again Menard wanted $50,000 and it's almost certain most of his donations were faked. Dean is using Paypal so any donations will be actual money paid.

I'm doubtful he'll get much. These freemen types only seem to pry money out of their wallets when they are promised something tangible and of immediate value for themselves like Menard's free-money ACCP scam.
