A batch of Chief Rock notarized documents for you viewing pleasure;

http://www.mediafire.com/view/s3c6mmznd ... 969813.pdf
http://www.mediafire.com/view/t5612b4g9 ... 969814.pdf

http://www.mediafire.com/view/y8bvpy5tq ... 969817.pdf
http://www.mediafire.com/view/1k1javf5a ... 969818.pdf

Note in the last one the Chief is now an Adjudicator in the Private Court of C'Imotza Ogwuls and, ajudicating big money squabbles, isssued a $100,000,000 default against the Haisla Nation Counsel in favour of Haimus Wakas. Haimus claims to be a big name in the world of aboriginal chiefs and, with the Chief's help, was busy issuing unilateral agreements against all and sundry.

First, Hamus telling us what a big cheese he is;

http://haimuswakas.wordpress.com/press- ... 23rd-2014/

He seems to still be caught up in the magic of unilateral agreements although he hasn't given us any proof that the Haisla Nation coughed up his hundred mllion;
I have declared in writing my status, as Head Hereditary Chief of the Haisla Raven Clan. I have served notice of claim to Haisla Ogwuls (homeland), under notarial seal, to British Columbia, Canada, and the Queen, with no response. In the notarial process a non response means, by their silence they agree to my claim.

I have sent a notice of my lawful status as Head Hereditary Chief of the Haisla Raven Clan to
Haisla Nation Council, under notarial seal with no response. By their silence Haisla Nation Council is in agreement with my lawful status. My documents sent to the elected band council are not meant to single out individuals, as it is meant to take issue with the corporate aspect of the council which exists as a creation of Canada.
The unilateral contracts are in the links above. I particularly like this one to the Minister of Aborignal Affairs and the Minister of Natural Resources which resulted in Hamus charging them $100,000,000 per month for occupying what he claims is his land and saying he will charge them $500,000 per hour for any time he has to waste fighting with them over payment. The Private Court of C'Imotza Ogwuls doesn't screw around!

http://www.mediafire.com/view/oglbo7616 ... 969815.pdf

All of these documents were notorized or signed by the Chief just before the British Columbia Notaries brutally stomped on his dreams of being an International Notary by getting a Court Order from by the Supreme Court of British Columbia ordering him to stop playing notary on November 29. 2103.

I can't help wondering if any of the actual First Nations have clue one as to who this bozoid is or what he is going on about.

If I were the ministers in question here, I would send Hawas a Zimbabwean trillion-something note and tell him to keep the change - after I had stamped "Refused For Cause" all over it.

It appears that the Chief has been a bad boy, the Society of Notaries Public of British Columbia is after him again. As you'll recall the Society got the Supreme Court of British Columbia to issue a court order prohibiting the Chief from acting as a fake notary. A copy of the court order can be reviewed here;

viewtopic.php?f=48&t=9377&start=220#p163972

Apparently he has violated the order. The Society is taking the Chief to court again for a contempt hearing on January 28th and the Chief has been served. He may even show up this time! At least I'll be there.

No mention of any of this on the Chief's Facebook page;

This is going to be another Applications Session where the Notaries ask the judge to sign a draft court order the notaries have prepared. I have copies of the Society's Notice of Application and the draft order. I'll try to get them posted on Media Fire after I get back from Arizona but I'll give you the gist now. The Notaries are requesting, in respect to the Chief's alledged breaches of the Nov 29, 2013 court injunction, that the court toss the Chief in jail for thirty days, fine him $5,000, and hit him with $10,000 in costs. The notaries are asking for two hours which is the maximum allowed in an Applications Session so I expect a long day.

The Notice of Application seems to indicate that the Chief ignored the November 29th injunction completely;
4. Despite having notice of the terms of the injunction, the Respondent has breached the terms thereof by, amongst other things:

(a) continuing to hold himself out as a notary public and/or engage in the practice of a notary public contrary to paragraph 1 of the injunction;

(b) continuing to administer oath and/or take affidavits, declarations, or affirmations concerning matters in connection with which an oath, affidavit, affirmation, solemn declaration or statutory declaration contrary to paragraph 2 of the injunction;

(c) failing to notify the Petitioner of all matters in which he has purported to act as a notary public contrary to paragraph 6 of the injunction; and

(d) failing to deliver up to the Petitioner any stamps, seals, stationary, or other materials in his possession or under his care and control which describe, depict, or otherwise suggest that the Respondent is a notary public contrary to paragraph 7 of the injunction.

5. The Petitioner believes that the Respondent continues to pose a threat to the public as a result of his unlawful activities, including the activities particularized herein.
The only precedence I could find supporting jail time was a 2007 British Columbia case where an individual was pretending to be a lawyer and ignored all orders from the court telling him to stop on the grounds the court had no jurisdiction over him. He got a month in jail for it.

Law Society of B.C. v. Dempsey, 2007 BCSC 442

http://www.canlii.org/en/bc/bcsc/doc/20 ... DIgAAAAAAE

In Dempsey the court decided, reluctantly, that jail time was appropriate because there was no other way of stopping him.

Just for gits and shiggles, I took a look at the Chief's Facebook page. Among other things, he is hawking a T-shirt which uses a logo once used by the Boy Scouts of America's honor camping society, the Order of the Arrow, with the only difference being that the color is black rather than red.

Actually the Chief has two Facebook pages. He seems serious about trying to make a career in music and the second page is dedicated to that aspect of his life;

https://www.facebook.com/pages/Chief-Ro ... 5824024163

The Facebook page I already linked is about life in general. If he is going to say anything about the society's action he'd put it on that one.

So, are we taking odds yet that CRSG will wise up after a stint in chokey, or is he going to do the Dean Clifford thing and turn it into a major incarceration?

I think jail time is unlikely, at least the first time around. The court was very reluctant to throw Dempsey in jail but concluded there was no other way to stop him or beat some sense into his head. He apparently went full Freeman in court and said he wouldn't stop because the court had no jurisdiction over him.

I've met the Chief, a personable friendly enough guy, and I can't see him making that negative an impression in court. Of course a lot hinges on whether he shows up and how he acts if he does. I'll be there to find out and let you know.

(Aside.) Does anyone know if US courts have used the "OPCA" label? It appears we've seen it, at least in Canada and the UK (technically, England and Wales. Scotland, and perhaps Northern Ireland, have independent court systems.)

One problem with using the "OPCA" label in the US would be that it's already taken -- you'll find references to "OPCA" in US court databases, but the sampling I checked all referred to the Oklahoma Pattern of Corrupt Activity Act.

While I've discussed the application the Society of Notaries Public of British Columbia
had the court sign banning the Chief from playing notary I don't think I ever posted a copy. So here it is, this is the court order the Chief has purportedly violated;

http://www.mediafire.com/view/c414rq7a5 ... tition.pdf

and this is the very comprehensive affidavit that Ron Usher, legal counsel for the notaries, submitted to the court. It includes a batch of the documents that the Chief notarized so you can see for yourselves the kind of hijinks he was up to;

The Chief finally responds;

Of course he plays the racism gambit. That seemes to be a standard default. It appears he's threatened the notaries with a fee schedule. Not the approach I would take but perhaps he actually believes that he has some magic ability to make people pay money because he wants it.

Ah but did he notarize the fee schedule?
