William & Reesa Fallis, Gary Mosher - I'm stumped

Post by Hilfskreuzer Möwe »

I'm just going to toss this out there to see if others have better luck. I have identified an unsuccessful 2005 application by three persons to have their case heard by the Supreme Court of Canada:
As with all applications for leave to that court, a rejection provides no reasons. What caught my attention was the manner in which the appellants describe themselves in the style of cause:
Natural and Sovereign Citizen(s): William‑Grant: Fallis, :Reesa‑Anita: Fallis and :Gary: Mosher

Applicants

‑ and ‑

Defacto Corporation of the Township of Cavan‑Millbrook‑North Monaghan and Bill Balfour, appointed By‑Law Enforcement Officer and Deputy Fire Chief

Respondents
So, we obviously have OPCA litigants, with stereotypic dash-colon names and who self identify as Sovereigns.

Here's my puzzle. I can't find anything about any of the applicants. There do not seem to be any reported cases linked with these persons, including the Ontario Court of Appeal judgment that is being appealed. That seems very strange to me - I thought that court released formal decisions for all appeals. Apparently I was wrong.

The Supreme Court of Canada online docket information is of no assistance: http://www.scc-csc.gc.ca/case-dossier/i ... ?cas=31004.

So, if any reader happens to run across this post and knows more about this matter I would be most interested.
