Sovereign gets life although he didn't consent

A blatant outrage! He clearly said that he did not consent to the trial, judge, or jury;
"I, Christopher Surles, In Proper Persona, do not give consent to the illegal/malicious trial, initiated and conducted by the Circuit Court of Talladega County, AL," the document states.
But they continued anyhow, as if his declaration of sovereignty was totally worthless. It's clearly a gross miscarriage of justice when the jury took less than half an hour to convict him of first degree murder. The fix had to be in!

Then again he didn't bother to explain why, when he was picked up, he was driving the victims car, he was in posession of the gun used to shoot the victim, and he had the victim's blood on his shoes. It's easy to lose track of the significance of these little details.

The comments to the article were not entirely supportive of his political philosophy;
I'm waiting for someone at Kilby to explain the basic principles of Sovereign Citizenship to him. Then take him as their new wench/wife.

Ohhh wait... he said he didn't give consent to the illegal trial. Our bad, case dismissed.

There will be several things happen to him in prison that he won't give his consent for
"Yes Burnaby49, I do in fact believe all process servers are peace officers. I've good reason to believe so." Robert Menard in his May 28, 2015 video "Process Servers".
