I am assuming this is referring to Article III section 2 which addresses consular courts and the USC section 22 statutes covering such courts. So pretend to be a foreign national, claim you have been designated as a consul and then no one can mess with you.

It looks like the propaganda they've been soaking up is getting more preposterous and "in the head"; which goes to emphasize that the mind can be a great servant but a terrible master. No one should take these jokers seriously unless they are packing or a serious threat somehow. Have them deprogrammed with former Sov. Cits. who grew out of that phase.
