There are several steps required to get noticed by the federal taskmasters. It may lead to heavy fines and incarceration. For a while, anyway, it will cause the hoi polloi to take notice that this is a man with real cujoines on a mission.
First step should be to put all possessions in a sovereign free trust. These can be downloaded with minimal charges on the internet.
Buy an international driving permit--you have wide latitude about your country of choice--they will even select an address in a country for you if need be. They will also send you a sovereign identity card from your present state location.
Order "Kingdom of Heaven" license plates from a company out west--easily found on the internet. You will first have to sign the title of your car over to this business entity. It will establish that you are A) An extreme religious person with strong moral values and an ethical person and B) That you couldn't have your sights set any higher.
Move assets to an offshore bank. Again, there are many banks hungry for US funds and would be more than happy to open an account for you and issue a debit card to make access to your money easy. One warning: I heard of a case of a "customer" who was called by an offshore bank and informed they were taking his money and that if he complained to the authorities, they would turn him over to the IRS. So try to find an ethical bank that respects your privacy.
Finally you could send a strong, threatening letter to your local district attorney, attorney general or US attorney, asserting your "sovereign" status and warning of dire consequences and criminal prosecution if any of your sovereign rights are violated.
It may take a while for the fun of an interface with law enforcement to begin. Remember: You are the sovereign, you've done nothing wrong and ultimately the law should prevail in your favor...
