It's six minutes long and should be required viewing for this Forum sub-topic.

I think Denny is missing all of his front lower teeth! What an authentic American flake!

Watch the other video, in which he invokes the Insurance Commisioner and the Postal Union in support of his 2cent stamp process.

That's actually pretty common in my neck of the woods. One guy I know actually has a joke about it: "'You are what you eat?' I guess I ain't nuts."

I can't tell for sure if his lower teeth are missing or if they're simply obscured by his "chaw".

Judging by the nonsense he's espousing, I don't think that is tobacco he's smoking.

I wanted this guy to articulate the legal foundation for the two-cent stamp working some magic to make his "affidavit" impossible to reject or refute, but there seems to be a gap in his mental processes.

An accompanying video says that when he doesn't get his way with a judge (an experience that must be very familiar to him), he files a "criminal complaint" accusing the judge of mail fraud, filing it with the State Insurance Commissioner (who, as far as I know, uses it to heat his house in winter), and if the Insurance Commissioner doesn't make him happy, he then files it with the Universal Postal Union (a UN subgroup) -- but mail fraud is a federal offense investigated by the US Postal Service and he skips them altogether.

Apparently this is Denny Hardin, who is the guru of "Americans Republic Party" .....

.... where he is presently promising to make everyone's debts go away, up to One Million Dollar per person, by writing up "bonded promissory notes".

By his own account, he is batting absolute zero in courts. Somehow, he takes that as a good sign.

You can see his front lower teeth in the video somewhere around the 4:26 mark of the video.

They're in absolute ruins(as all good country boy's teeth seemingly should be,) but they are there.

Denny is missing a lot more than teeth, methinks!

There ain't enough pot in the world to make you that stupid, Sunny Jim.

Assuming you had that much pot to begin with, there'd come a point where you'd hit saturation and you'd actually smoke yourself out of being stoned.

I should know.

If you go here:

https://www.courts.mo.gov/casenet/cases ... hType=name

And type "Hardin" as the last name and "Denny" as the first (or you can do it in all caps if you like) you will come across 4 pages of cases he's been involved in.
